The flat is modern and refined is located in an historical palace. Sublime fusion between modern, quality service, and efficiency with an antique aroma. The location of Nazionale Flat is simply superlative; in Nazionale with windows on this big street, main artery of the historical center. Between the Fountain of Trevi and the Terme di Diocleziano, Piazza Venezia and Piazza della Repubblica; four cardinal points, four Roman splendors, places among those most noted worldwide, all reached within a 5 to 15 minute walk.

For the business traveler getting around is really easy. In Piazza della Repubblica, reached in only 2 minutes on foot, you can find the taxi station and the underground station line A, while in Piazza dei cinquecento (Termini) you can find a lot of Buses, national trains, etc., Termini is the real hub of the entire city. The recent renovation add a touch of preciousness. It's located on 1° floor The apartment, can accommodate up to 4 people together in the bedroom and living room. The flat is furnished with full kitchen and bathroom with shower. And is not lacking all amenities necessary for relaxing after an intense day; Air conditioning, TV, satellite, DVD, internet. Great location for our needs

Love the location. Close to the Metro and the Termini. Modern apt with everything you need. I was not able to be the washer/dryer combo does not dry our clothing, but they furnished racks which did the job.

Great location!

Flat was very convenient and centrally located. Plenty of space for extended family. Supplies were a little limited… bathroom products would have been appreciated. Leaky ceiling in bathroom. Overall nice place and super convenient.

Great

My husband and I just came back after a 5 days stay at the Bolo 8 apartment. The pictures don’t do justice. This is a very cute, very clean little place in the heart of Rome. You can’t get a better location than this. We were able to walk to all the major attractions. The management team is super nice and easy to communicate with. They were very responsive and very accommodating with our early check-in and late check-out. Thank you Nicola, Fabio and Mateo for a lovely vacation in the spectacular Rome!

Excellent Choice

Perfect location. Pictures and description are very accurate. In fact, we thought it was much larger than the pictures seem to indicate. Very clean, sleek, efficient. Located on major thoroughfare, and convenient to sights. Nicola arranged for a taxi for us to the airport, arrived on time - very convenient. Highly recommend, we would stay there again. Extremely good value!

Nice, convenient spot in Rome

We were happy with our stay. The location is very convenient to the train and metro stations. Our only complaint is the VRBO amenities list says there is a washer, and a dryer. However there was no dryer. We made this booking specifically because it advertised a dryer. We were able to wash our clothes, but it wrinkled our clothes so bad we had to take them to a cleaner to have them pressed, so it was no help to us. If you want to wash and air dry socks and undergarments it will be fine. However, I would not recommend using it on shirts. No amount of pulling and stretching or ironing would remove the wrinkles. The property is nice and it’s convenient. I would definitely stay again, but I would use the local laundry.

Un emplacement idéal sur Rome

Mon conjoint, et moi avons été agréablement surpris de l’emplacement où nous habitions et de la facilité à circuler dans Rome. L’endroit idéal pour séjourner et être près de tout, c’est un endroit animé, un peu bruyant mais facile d’accès. Pour ce qui est de l’appartement,il est grand et ordonné. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’usage de la laveuse sécheuse. Pour la cuisine, peu d’ustensiles pour cuisiner, mais bon on s’est arrangé . La literie était correct et propre . Pour l’air climatisé, nous n’avons pas réussi à activer la télécommande, mais il semble qu’elle soit programmée à certaines heures. Le réseau Wi-Fi a été très utile pour nous. Milieu relativement calme, pas de bruits. il serait bien d’augmenter le nombre de serviettes et de linge à vaisselle. Envisager de changer le poêlon, il manque un peu d’amour. En général, cet endroit est bien et recommandable.

Agréable et bien placé

Bel immeuble, bon emplacement sur Avenue L'appartement est moderne, bien agencé et agréable. Le bruit de l'avenue peut gêner mais seulement quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes.

Perfect size

This property was the perfect size for just 2 friends traveling through Rome for a few days. While the AC and hot water weren’t always dependable, the flat was spacious and comfortable to come home to after a day of exploring.

Très bel appartement, propre, bien équipé. Très bien situé dans Rome, il permet de revenir se reposer tranquillement entre deux visites. Situé pas loin d'une station de métro. Quartier animé et commerçant.

Everything was perfect!

Can't say enough about this apartment. Its location, space, lay out, and ambiance were perfect. Its noisy, even with the window closed, being on Via Nazional but we have custom made ear plugs and so we could block out the traffic noise at night. We never did meet Fabio but Michael greeted us and gave us a informative orientation to Rome. Thank you MIchael

Had a wonderful time in Rome and the Flat worked out GREAT!!

The Flat was exactly as advertised. Was only a 10 minute walk from the train station. There were so many restaurants in the area and a market down the street. We were also about a 20 minute walk from most of the sites to see. The Flat was clean and comfortable. If or when we go back to Rome I would again stay here!

great apartment, location and service

This is a great apartment! The location is 2 minutes from the Republica metro, almost all major sites are within walking distance and it is quiet enough at night. It is perfect for 2, but do be aware that it is one big room separated by 1/2 a glass wall between bedroom and living room so it is not for those who want a lot of privacy from each other. A/C works wonderfully, which in Rome can often be iffy. Daniela greeted us and was kind and helpful. All appliances worked well. Note that there is an apartment next door, and on our last night some very noisy college students checked in and the ceilings are open in one part, so that was a problem and could jeopardize your stay if there happens to be someone next door who is inconsiderate and/or noisy.

Value for money Apartment, perfect for family of 4, centralized location

positive values: -20 mins slow walk from Termini with luggage/ 10 mins normal walk -100 m from Republica Metro -Surrounded by various eateries and clothes shops -2 supermarkets 7 mins away -well equipped kitchen -comfy bed and sofa bed -clean towels and sheets provided -friendly and helpful host/owner - not suitable for wheelchair user For improvement: -probably best if you could inform in advance that the unit at the first floor with no elevator access -wifi in one of the day was not stable

Perfect location

This is the perfect location for sightseeing. The apartment is centrally located for all the sights and walking distance from everything. The description is perfectly accurate. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to friends and anyone else. This was the highlight of our trip to Rome and is a true gem.

Great stay!

The apartment matched the images and description perfectly even exceeding our expectations. Arranged to be collected from the airport which I will do again in the future, far easier than trying to find our own way after a long trip! Perfect position for sight-seeing, busses, good shopping and pleasant restaurants all in the immediate vicinity. All amenities were as described - only touch I would add would be to offer very clear instructions on using the dryer & TV. Will definitely go again and have no problem recommending it to friends & family.

Great Stay

Rome apartment

This apartment was located within walking distance to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, and only a 10 minute taxi drive to the Spanish Steps. Very clean, but located on a noisy street, the TV is somewhat difficult to operate, no soap or paper towels available and ran out of toilet paper the first day so had to purchase for use while there.

Great Location & Stylish Decor

Recommended for a couple; although it will sleep more the frosted glass bathroom walls could make it weird. Clean, very thorough explanation of the facilities and neighborhood. WiFi signal was too weak for us to maintain a connection except when standing at front window (uncomfortable), but manager brought us a web cube (thanks!).

Great Play to Stay In Rome

There was so much we liked about this large, comfortable flat. The location was perfect for us - an easy walk to/from the train station since we had luggage to tote; close to restaurants, markets and pharmacy (got a cold); within walking distance to most sights and museums; easy access to the metro and buses (although only used for Vatican City and the Travastere area). We had all our breakfasts in the flat and packed lunches each day. The appliances were a bonus - stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and washer/dryer. Only problem we had was trying to figure out how the washer/dryer worked even after reading the English instructions. After pushing buttons, it finally started and we just waited until it was done. Our son and daughter-in-law rented this flat in 2010 and were pleased. We highly recommend it is well, as long as you can haul your luggage up/down a flight of stairs.
