Beautiful 2 Bedroom Upstairs Apartment Located Just One and a Half Block from the Beach, Main Boardwalk and Water Park Fun! Convenience stores and restaurants a block away. 2 full beds + 1 Queen. Spacious living room has comfortable sofa. 4 Seasonal BEACH BADGES INCLUDED. Bus stop steps away to Toms River Park&Ride, which connects to NYC.
The main bedroom has a new Queen bed. The second bedroom has a Full-over- full bunk bed. Amenities include central air, WiFi, cable, washer/dryer, coffee maker, grill. Exclusive use of newly finished rooftop fiber-glass deck (650 sq feet) with grill and tables for you to enjoy nice barbecue, or relax in the evening light. Parking Onsite. Linens and Towels are provided, but if you prefer, bring your own. COME MAKE A LIFETIME OF MEMORIES!!
Max trip length is 3 weeks. No smoking, No pets. Copy of driver license is required, minimum age 24. No third party booking please. Kids traveling with staying parents are welcome. Non-family groups need to be over 24 for all members. Copy of driver license is required upon request. Ring video doorbell on first floor on front yard as required by the city.

The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The accommodations were perfect for our little family and it was close to all. All was very clean as well. Would use again!

Great rental! The hosts are so nice and very accommodating. Very clean and just 2 blocks from the beach. This was our second year there and would definitely go back next year!

Wonderful place to stay.

The property was great, close to the boardwalk and everything you need. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice place to enjoy the shore.

I stayed at this property for 4 days and it was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean with so many amenities. I plan on returning again next year.

Great central location!

Loved our stay! Perfectly located a short walk (2 blocks) from the center of the boardwalk. Appreciated the beach badges, beach chairs and umbrella. Great communication with the property owner. Overall our stay was great!

Wonderful Stay

The property was exactly as pictured and described. Even let us borrow an extra beach pass and assisted with transportation information to NYC. Will most definitely stay again.

Very good location, good parking, and clean property. The place was equipped with a beach bag and umbrella which was super helpful if you’re traveling. The host was also great with communication.

Seaside getaway weekend

This was a perfect stay. It's a beautiful property. Very spacious and comfortable with a nice deck to enjoy a nice summer night. Great location, 2 blocks from the middle of the boardwalk. The owner is wonderful. Very kind, welcoming and helpful
