Older home with lots of character, walking distance to downtown Richmond. Very convenient location, close to anything you want. Located about 2 miles off of I-75. The house has 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath. There is a queen size bed in both of the bedrooms, and a futon in the living room. If you like the outdoors, we have a side porch with a swing, and a sitting area in the yard with a fish pond. There is off street parking behind the house.

Nice little place

Nice place home away from home. Would recommend to family and friends communication with Mr. Chandler was excellent. This was better than a hotel experience would stay here again

Stayed for a week of annual training at EKU.

Visiting our son at EKU

Along with the wonderful weather and the charming shops and restaurants along Main Street our host went above and beyond with his southern hospitality. Communication was great and all of the extras he offered were a welcome surprise. The house is well maintained and we enjoyed having our morning coffee on the porch swing. We hope the secret does not get out so it is available for our next stay in Richmond.

Great place!

Great little 2 bedroom place! Although i didnt meet Harold in person, his communication was fantastic. It was a pleasant surprise to find that he had stocked it with some drinks and snacks!

Perfect stay

We loved this little charmer so much. We stayed 5 nights on a trip to visit friends. My husband also worked from the dining room while on our trip so no complaints about the WiFi connection. We really appreciated the snacks and cereal that was available to us and the fact that we never ran out of toilet paper. Also appreciated the washer and dryer. Thanks for the great stay!!!

What a fabulous find! The house is very charming and clean. So many extra’s to make us feel right at home. Loved swinging on the porch in the afternoon with a cold glass of tea.

Stay here!

We were lucky enough to find this home on VRBO for our trip to Richmond. The home is very well cared for and the owners wonderful to deal with. We most definitely hope to stay here again in the near future.

Cozy and comfortable

Fabulous Stay!

My husband and I met up with our 2 young adult daughters for a little reunion weekend. The house was cute, clean, and comfortable. We cooked while there and found the kitchen well-stocked- much better than most vacation rentals! House was located on a somewhat busy street but there was plenty of off-street parking for our 3 vehicles. The bedrooms were located at the back of the house so we did not hear any traffic noise at night. My husband, who rarely comments about the places I choose to rent, said this was one of his all-time favorites! We hope to come back! Thank you, Harold!

Charm and Comfort

I was very pleased w this charming little home. The owner's generosity in providing anything one might need went above and beyond. The kitchen and fridge were fully stocked. I have stayed at other VRBO's that provided the bare minimum of things like paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. This was not the case w this charming home. We spent the majority of time in the home on the raised covered side porch, also fully equipped with comfortable chairs and porch swing. The beds were also very comfortable. I will definitely return!

Friendly Richmond

We enjoyed our stay in Richmond and the location of the property. This home is comfortable and well stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. The home is a short walk into downtown Richmond where you can find a variety of restaurants.

Perfect Little House

Great location for visiting Lexington area. Safe neighborhood, convenient to restaurants/shopping. Very clean, comfy bed/pillows. Owner has thought of everything, down to plug adapters, stocked necessities, even in fridge. Quiet in bedrooms at night even though house is right on Main Street. Great value for a VRBO house. Really liked staying in this quaint little college town of 35,000 instead of a larger city. Bonus: Buc-ee’s only 10 minutes away. I could go on and on. Just stay here, thank me later! Thanks, Harold, great place.
