We enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were a little warm during the heat wave over 100 degrees outside but cooled down by night. Appreciated being able to bring our pet.

Really interesting property. Nicely furnished and not cluttered. Stairs and bathtub were a little difficult to navigate. Host communicated well and nice location, close to Lexington but quiet.

The cabin was clean and the host was easy to communicate with. It should be said that it is a very old log cabin, and as such, heats and cools as you might expect...poorly. the upstairs bedrooms were 80 when we arrived, however, after dark, they cooled off nicely and we all still slept very well. Overall, it's a nice place, and convenient to travel around the area.

Loved staying here with my family! This was by far the best equipped kitchen with actual usable pots, pans and utensils!! Made it easy to make meals at the house instead of eating out the entire time. Nice and relaxing. Highly recommend staying here if visiting Lexington, KY.

After retiring my camper, this was my first adventure using Vrbo. I’m a history buff, so choosing an old log cabin to stay in was my first choice. This 200 year old cabin certainly satisfied my needs. While sitting in the living room, surrounded by the old hand-hewn logs, it was a lovely trip to the past I enjoyed. The comfy decor and tastes of its owner were very pleasing to the eye. Everything you needed while away from home, especially in the kitchen, was available for use. It was a great choice and I hope to return again in the near future.

Great central location for visits to UK, Ky Horse Farm and Keeneland. Host very responsive. Cabin was unique & the book about the renovation was awesome. Stairs are quirky (and slippery ) definitely pack slippers. Enjoyed the early morning walks (behind the cabin by the Baptist church) to visit the neighborhood horses.

This was such a fun, unique place to stay. Very close to amenities (Lexington, Richmond, etc.). The beds are very comfortable. The place is roomy, the decor works - lots of interesting antiques. We enjoyed our short stay.
