1 Master Suite and 2 additional bedrooms.

2 car garage for parking(additional parking on side if needed NO STREET PARKING)

Fully equipped kitchen for cooking.

65" SmartTV - feel free to login to Netflix, Youtube, etc. - just remember to logout!

Sofa folds out into a bed - we provide extra pillows + blankets
There is also a blow up mattress that you are welcome to use
Pack N Play available for use as well.

For the safety of our guests as well as our own piece of mind, the home is equipped with 3 outdoor security cameras - One at the front of the home and one at the back of the home and the last is on the south side of the home. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to ask!

Grate Stay

The house was roomier than I expected. It felt comfortable and like a space, we could make our own for the trip. We had a wonderful time.

Mostly good

The good: the house was clean, the king and queen beds were very comfortable. The bad: the neighborhood felt slightly run down. The inside of the house, while clean, is definately old and in need of updating. The twin beds were not as comfortable as the queen and king. We had adults sleeping in them, not children, so they noticed. Finally, in the middle of the night, we found a live mouse trapped in the bathtub. I have no idea if this was on one-time "that can happen to anyone" occurance or not...

Great place to stay in St George

Located in an out of the way but still convenient neighborhood, it was quiet and relaxing. The exterior property appearance belies the fine interior. At the time of year we stayed, you wouldn't want to hang out in the backyard, anyway. All amenities were acceptable; the furniture, TV, WiFi, etc. There are a few minor quirks here and there but nothing you wouldn't find in any home. One note for future visitors; the water in Ivins is VERY treated with chlorine and other additives. We ultimately bought a few gallons of bottled water to drink and cook with. A simple under-sink water filter in the kitchen would be a big improvement. Having stayed in several St George area short-term rentals in recent years, we would definitely book this one again over the others.

Perfect location!

This home was the most perfect location for Tuacahan and the home was all on one level, with no stairs. In addition it was cozy and comfortable and homey.

A great place to stay

Overall, this was a nice place to stay. It could have used some cleaning up in the garage and outside the home, but I thought the home inside was great. We were seeing shows at Tuacahn and it was only a few miles away. Great location with beautiful view of the red rocks. I would definitely stay there again.

Great property! Really close to Tuacahn. It was nice to be so close to Tuacahn so we could get right to bed after the show. Perfect for our little getaway. Thank you for letting us stay!

Not impressed

Was disappointed in the location of the home. The property was not kept up. There was weeds growing everywhere. We didn't dare go into the back yard because of the weeds. The garage was cleaned out but there was cobwebs hanging from the doors that could of been cleaned off. The front door could of been washed or painted . The bannister to the steps was very unsteady. Inside the house was clean but it looked old. The heater vent in the hall bathroom could of been changed or cleaned. The master bathroom floor looked old. It looked like the home was quickly put together to make it a VRBO home and missed quite a lot of details. I would not recommend this place to anyone if they plan on staying in St. George .

Out of the bustle

Just a few hiccups with our stay, but mostly pleased. Cute little house. Not the worst we have been in, also not the best. Beds were comfy, everything worked. Could use a few more dishes and silverware. Very close to Gunlock reservoir , Snow Canyon and Tuacan theater.

Cute and quiet

Very cute little house in a quiet neighborhood, only complaint was that there were dirty towels hanging and the shower was covered in hair which was very disappointing.

Quiet Neighborhood

We had a one night stay with our party of 7 on our way to Glen Canyon National Park. The home was just as described with 3 bedrooms for all 3 couples. The kitchen/dining was a bit cramped for all of us but we made it work for the one night stay. It is an older home that needs a little more cleaning on the front porch, window sills, and the backyard. It was just one night but if we had wanted to use the charcoal grill we would have had to clean the patio and table. The beds were very comfortable and overall was a great place to rest over.

Comfy and cozy!

We had a nice stay here in Ivins. Very cute house, nicely decorated, with pretty much everything one could ask for. The location was convenient to Snow Canyon and Kayenta. The owner was very responsive when contacted but did not offer check-in info until asked. And while the kitchen and baths were clean, it could use a deep clean of baseboards, windowsills, etc.

Cigarette stenced house

The home was ok, the minute we walked in I could smell cigarette smoke, reach out and was told it may be the cleaners? The smell is in the ventilation and I had a headache the whole time we we there, less than 10 hours stay. Would never have booked if we knew about the stench of smoke.

Red rocks

Our stay in Ivins suited our needs as we travelled home. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. The red rocks at sunset and sunrise were breathtaking. Thanks to our hosts!

Tuacahn weekend

The location was perfect for our weekend visit. We had tickets to a couple of shows at Tuacahn, and were easily able to get there in less than 10 minutes. There is a grocery store and a few quick service restaurants nearby, and it is just a short drive to St George. The property was perfect for our family of 5. Thanks!

No communication

No communication after sending message for reducing the number of gusts and they charged me for extra person but not enough towels and dishes. No communication about check in until I contacted Vrbo. I finally heard from the host at last minute. No info about check-out. No battery in the remote for TV.

Quiet and Comfortable Stay

This house was perfect for us at the end of our South Utah trip. The house was very quiet and comfortable. My only regret is not having enough time to fully explore the Ivins / St George area. I would stay here again if returning to the area.
