Welcome to Palmetto Paradise.....

Our price includes WIFI, sheets for all bedrooms, bath towels and a wonderful lake view and use of the golf cart. Use of the golf cart is considered a courtesy. We will not replace or pay for a rental cart if our golf cart malfunctions. We will do our very best to get it repaired and returned quickly, but there will be NO REPLACEMENT. The use of the golf cart is limited to only licensed drivers to use only on OSV property.

NOTE: We only accept weekly rentals. NO MONTHLY RENTALS!

Is your family looking for a relaxing place to have a wonderful vacation? Our beautiful cottage is located in Oceanside Village which is a private gated community with 24 hour security, lakes, pools, and a park.

We have a deck and patio which overlooks the lake. There is a relaxing backyard where you can enjoy a quiet afternoon or wet your hook and fish.

Our master bedroom has a king-size bed and adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and futon. The additional bath has a full bathtub. There is also a large living and dining area. Our kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. All appliances, dishes, and cookware are new. We have a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We also have wireless internet.

There is a carport with parking for 2 cars. We only rent to FAMILIES who are 25 years of age or older and there is an ABSOLUTE LIMIT of 7 people and 2 CARS. If you have a third car, there is overflow parking at the recreation center. Please do not park in the neighbors driveway or on the grass.

You will need to bring your beach chairs and beach towels. We only provide linens and bath towels. The house is non-smoking but we allow smoking in outside areas. No pets. Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am.

Limit of 2 cars and 7 people. If you have a third car park it at the community center. All cars must be registered 72 hours in advance of your stay.

Send car info as a message on VRBO as soon as you book. That way I can go ahead and register you. HOA has strict 72 hour in advance registration rule.

We visited the are for a wedding. Our stay was pleasant. Loved watching the turtles. The home was mostly clean. Find a pacifier under the couch; not sure from previous guests. A coach roach ran across the floor and there was hair in the hall bathroom. I forgot to get the pacifier from under the couch but took care of the other two items.

This home is very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart to get to the oceanfront parking lot. Beautiful lake in the back of the property. This made for a wonderful space to watch water fowl & turtles in their natural habitat.

This home is absolutely amazing. Check-in was extremely easy, and the location of the house is perfect. We had ducks and swans and turtles out the back that we could feed right from the deck.Such a beautiful kitchen with plenty of space. We stayed in quite a few nights and just fixed dinner at home. In the village it is located in is very nice. Had such a great time riding around in the golf cart. The beach and the pool were so much fun and such easy access getting to with the golf cart. Can’t wait for the indoor pool to open.This home had plenty of space and really made for a great vacation

Good stay

My only complaint is that the house had only be minimally been cleaned. Kitchen island had sand on it, stove top was smeared,bathroom rugs were dirty & bedroom furniture had a lot of dust on them. Nothing we couldn’t take of ourselves or worth contacting the owners for. We’d definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

Overall it was a great place to stay, decently clean for the age of the property. Loved having the golf cart, our kids rode there bikes theoughout the neighborhood all week. They also enjoyed feeding the turtles off the deck. Plenty enough space inside, however the driveway is a bit tight for 2 vehicles. I would rent again in the future our only couple downsides would be the icemaker, didnt like having to use ice trays, also the golf cart has a sweet spot to get reverse to work properly.

Family Vacation

This home is absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean and spacious. Love the location being by the lake. The ducks and geese were very relaxing to watch. The home is very open and inviting. We cooked meals at home often as the grill was such an added bonus. The outdoor pool and the beach were lots of fun to go to. Super close to all kinds of shopping and activities. We absolutely loved our stay.

The house and location were amazing! The owners were very friendly and respectful. Responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. House was well stocked. Outdoor seating was our favorite part! 5 out of 5 stars.

Property was great. Ended up only being 3 of us so had more than enough room. Was great enjoying coffee out on the deck in the mornings. Close location to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Was sad to have to cut the trip short. Would love to stay again the next time I am in town.

Long weekend get away

The house is cute and has a pond in the back for fishing or watching the ducks/swans. Was a nice feature. The layout was nice as well. Home is located near many places to eat or go to. The downfall was the cleanliness. Upon arrival the trash cans were in the parking area. Plants knocked over with dirt everywhere in seating area outside under the carport. The back area needed straightening up as well. Inside, the bathroom had a towel still hanging on the back of the door and used soap in the shower. Makes you wonder if it was cleaned in between uses. Someones shoes were sitting out on the dresser. The coffee maker in the kitchen was put away without throwing out the used filter which had become moldy. A keurig machine was available but we preferred the coffee maker until we saw the mold.The communication was pretty good and we were allowed entry slightly earlier. I feel like this is a good place to rent but the cleaning could use some work.

Excellent Place for Family Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. This home is beautiful and spacious. We really enjoyed the view of the lake as well. It was nice being to close to the pool and the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this home to anyone looking to book a vacation.

Family vacation

We arrived to a home that had not been cleaned. Called Sylvia and she got back to us and had someone there within an hour. They did their job but the place is in need of some updates and a good deep cleaning. The grill is in pretty rough shape but was usable with some foil. It was nice to find a place in OSV that we didnt need to rent for a full week.

Short Bike Weekend

Very nice and spacious!! Much larger than other places that we have rented in Oceanside with similar price. Had a little issue on arrival but the host was very responsive to the issue and took care of it very quickly!! Short drive to many resturants. It's was a guys trip for the first weekend of bike week, so we didn't use the grill or kitchen, but there were plenty of things for you to cook with. Would definately stay again!!
