The home was as described and in a great location in the neighborhood. Right by the outdoor pools and a short golf cart ride to the beach access. The owners were quick to respond when messaged and helped with everything we needed.

Very nice and clean property. Accurate listing. Only downside was AC as house stayed a little warm.

This was our third winter staying here. Property was recently upgraded with no flooring, bathroom fixtures, dining room table and more! Very comfortable and felt like home. Lots to do in the area including indoor swimming pool/hot tub, bocci courts, and association parking for beach. Lots of nearby restaurants, shopping and mini golf ;) Would definitely recommend to others!

My experience was so easy! The host responded quickly to any questions. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was 1 min from the outdoor pool which my kids loved! The only thing I would've liked is the outdoor seating and area swept out and cleaned off to sit out in the shade. There is a large shade tree which I loved because it kept the porch and parking area cool. The community is very close to the beach access and it was so nice to have the private parking area to go to the beach without having to cart our stuff very far.

Thank you for your kind review. That tree! We love and hate it. The property is blown clean the day of arrival (most usually) unfortunately that tree and its inhabitants are messy. I'm not sure if your stay was before or after we moved the seating to the carport, but the tree is the reason why.

Second Visit - Great Stay!

This is the second time visiting this home and we are booked for a third visit next year. Great location with a feels like home rental. Lots of great restaurants in the area, close to pool and beach, shopping and mini-golf. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay

Very comfortable property with great proximity to the beach as well as shopping (grocery store etc). Everything in the house was in working order and had no issues with anything. We enjoyed our stay!

Most relaxed we've felt in a while

My family of 4 spent just under a week at this property and had a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The rental was exactly as advertised, we had everything we needed, it was quiet, we felt safe and at home. Highly recommended!!

Nostalgic stay

My grandparents owned this home from 1983 - 2008 so my family has many fond memories at this house. We truly appreciate the owners accommodating our stay and we look forward to hopefully returning next year!
