Weekends fill fast, but we can especially low rates for weekdays! Do you have the flexibility to fill in our weekday gaps?

Close to everything(but quieter)-- great rates!

Cozy fire, snow-covered evergreen trees & gorgeous sunsets over the mountains. (In the winter, that is. Summer sunsets can be enjoyed with nice breezes on the back deck overlooking the western mountain range, or at the community fire pit on the back lawn.)
Sleeps 8-10 and is steps from Village
Holds lots of fun memories for us—with lots of room for you to add your own!
—Spacious condo - sleeps 8-10. Recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms.
3 BR/2 bath; full size (he) washer & dryer; dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen; flat screen TV, cable, free wifi, land line; deck.
—Summit Condos has an outdoor fire pit, and gentle slopes between buildings where the little ones can sled. Close to ski school, terrain-based learning center, and MAGIC CARPET 'lift' for your mini-skiers.
—It's a short walk to the Village center and slopes (though with a steep stairway), or the shuttle runs from the front of our building to everything, including Silver Creek (tubing hill and night skiing).

Also close to Split Rock pools & hot tubs (additional fee).

Awesome stay, great host

Two families shared this space; it was big enough for us and 5 boys. We cooked most meals in, all appliances were available and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place for families

This property was a perfect fit for our 2 families with 5 kids from 9-14. The price was great and we were very comfortable. Linda went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and provided great instructions ahead of our visit. Access to the slopes and village was easy by the shuttle or a quick walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Just down the steps from the village, and the condo was very comfortable and well prepared. Thanks to Linda for giving us everything we needed.

Enjoyable property

We enjoyed the property and the deer off the deck. The walk to the slopes wasn't what we imagined, but the shuttle was easy to use. Communication with owners was OUTSTANDING!

Comfortable, convenient location

Whole family really enjoyed this situation. Location was very good, unit is spacious and comfortable; worked out very well for our family. Loved having the new, large, high-efficiency washer and dryer in the unit. Lovely deck view. We plan to return.

Great time at Snowshoe

This was a great experience, Linda was very accessible with questions about the stay and the property was very nice. We enjoyed seeing the deer from the back balcony in the morning. The place was a ~5 minute walk to the slopes (although the stairs were not fun to walk up) and you could also shuttle to any slope or the village - the buses came by every 10-15 minutes. We had a great time and would stay here again!

What a great host

The property was great. There were a few minor inconveniences that Linda went way above and beyond to make right. She was truly a pleasure to do business with and super helpful.

Perfect location

Two families of four stayed. Size was perfect, wildlife off the back porch was so cool to watch. The shuttle service made the whole trip!!! The dryer takes a really long time to dry and the hot water ran out a couple of times, but those are the only two less than perfect things to say. Kitchen was well stocked. Fire place was so nice and we thouroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Great place Decor and kitchen was better than others in the Summit. Only 3 issues shower is extremely hot, Toilet in small bath rocks and Couch though stylish was not comfortable. Chess table was a big plus as is the table with leaves. Great stay. Nice and warm when it was 0 degrees out

Introducing a son-in-law to skiing and helping the grandkids get better!

One of our daughters, my wife and I spent three days and nights skiing at the Silver Creek ski area of Snowshoe, WV. The goal was to introduce one of our son-in-laws to downhill skiing and to help two of our eight grandchildren improve their skiing skills. We were blessed to have great snow conditions all three days. Hopefully, we can do this again next ski season!

All our kids were under 10 when we bought this new ski condo with 2 other couples...now they're grown & the boys have bought out our former partners to 'preserve' the family property & great memories they enjoyed as children/teens/& young adults. Three generations of us ski here now---and we love sharing the opportunity with other families!

We were so delighted with our first ski experience skiing at Snowshoe (late March & 3 ft. of natural snow!) that we decided to buy in—and it has only gotten better over the years! We now enjoy coming up year round because there are so many unexpected delights in the warm weather too!

Great set-up for two families—we often came with another family & their kids, and it was fun for all. We've done some renovation and opened it up from original floorplan/ added some space & a deck, so it's even more spacious now. We're continuing to renovate and refresh the interior. (Still needs to get some updated pictures.)
Easy 'tot' sledding just outside; deck; community firepit; free wifi. The original artwork always makes me feel at home, and the view of the western mountains at sunset is stunning.
Our kids now bring their kiddos (and friends & cousins!) and have a great time —skiing in the winter and enjoying all the wonderful summertime amenities— & fresh mountain air year round!
