Our spacious 1200 sq. ft. Leatherbark condo has all the comforts of home. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It is decorated and equipped for all to enjoy just as much as we do. The living room has plenty of space for kids to play while others can watch the 50 inch smart TV and play games. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa as well as a three rocker recliners.

The master bedroom features a king bed, 40 inch smart TV with DVD player, and a private bathroom. There is plenty of closet and drawer space. All linens, towels, soaps and paper products are provided. There is also a hair dryer in the master bathroom.
The second bedroom, which can sleep 3, has a twin loft bed over a queen bed and a 32 inch TV with DVD player. The third bedroom has a day bed with trundle and opens up to the living room but can be closed off at night with an accordion door.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, blender, crock pot and many other comforts from this home away from home.

Our unit is very kid-friendly! We have provided a crib with sheets and breathable bumper for those families that are traveling with infants. There is also a highchair provided. In addition, we have games, puzzles, and movies for children to enjoy. At night, enjoy games and our extensive DVD library.

The condo has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The spacious deck gives access to a large backyard. A gas grill and table and chairs is provided during the spring, summer, and fall season (during winter they are put away due to snow and ice). The backyard is regularly visited by deer, giving you plenty of opportunities to capture unbelievable pictures right from the deck.

Leatherbark complex offers plenty of parking with its own parking lot. It is only a short walk to the ski slopes, restaurants, shopping and entertainment from Leatherbark. There is a shuttle service that runs every 15 minutes, during the winter only.

Wonderful stay

Good location conveniently located by the grocery store and bus stop. One stop away from village. Property was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Great spot for a big group

Love Leatherbark!

Roomy cozy condo for our whole family. The recliners and comfortable king bed are what keep us coming back. The crockpot, griddle and fully stocked kitchen are an added bonus. David is a very responsive and kind host. We will be back!

The location and convenience of this property was just what we were looking for. The property was very clean and perfect for our group to get around Snowshoe.

Delightful, Relaxing, Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 106B Leatherbark. Nice, relaxing, quiet location with an easy walk to the village. Great options for cooking and grilling in a very well-equipped kitchen. Very clean and comfortable and we highly recommend it for a wonderful visit to Snowshoe.

Great time had at Leatherbark! We love the Snowshoe resort. This is our first time at Leatherbark and it will certainly not be our last. Everything you need in your home away from home.

Annual getaway to ski with family

Kids are grown, and have teenagers that now like to ski, so we need a 3 bedroom to accommodate everyone. This place was ideal to allow multiple kids and grandkids to sleep comfortably while very convenient to the slopes. Everything was as advertised, no issues during our stay and we hope to return next year!

Convenient Location

We stayed at this property several years ago with friends and decided to come back. Love the convenience of parking right out side your door and being able to sit on the deck. Close to the village.

Time of our life

It had been 10 years since we had gotten engaged and been to snowshoe. We went for the first time with family and loved our condo it was a perfect fit for 4 adults and 5 little kids.. We talked about going back next year

Hurt on the last day

Upon leaving I carried trash to the dumpster which was locked, coming back down the snow covered steps I slipped and banged my knee dislocated my knee cap, couldn’t walk, headed back home to the ER

Perfect ski condo!

We loved the recliners for relaxing and the king mattress was soooo comfortable! It was great to have real beds for 7 and the 8th was on the couch (it pulls out). Loved the full size washer dryer that worked better than any other on the mountain from our prior stays. Loved the big crock pot and griddle. Plenty of pots pans, utensils, plates and silverware. Big hot water heater meant no cold showers. The bus is right at the entrance and easy walk to the Wildcat grocery and village. We will be back!

A leak from the third floor cut the visit short

The owner was always very responsive. When we called about the leak and the need to move, he tried to find other accomodations. He refunded the remainder of the days we couldn't stay promptly. A note to folks with mobility issues, this condo is down two flights of steep stairs. On the plus side, only ground floor condos have deck with outdoor seating. It's like having an extra room.

Great Condo w/ everything you need!!

We had a great Christmas in Snowshoe. The condo's kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We cooked meals every night and they had it all. The ski closet inside the property was very convenient. The Leatherbark complex was just one bus stop away from the Snowshoe village. We were a 3 minute walk to the Wildcat grocery store. We could walk to the Split Rock swimming pool and hot tubs. The mountain conditions were cold but it snowed 3 of the 4 days we skied, but the snow was still great. Some of the best east coast skiing we've ever had. The kids loved it "best xmas ever!"

Great ski weekend

3 dad friends and 4 boys used this place to ski for a couple days. Walking distance from the village, a little long in ski boots but very walkable to slopes if you are in good shape if not the shuttle will grab you about 200 yards from the door. Ilwe had no problems but if I was to offer a little criticism I'd say housekeeping could be a little better. A few cobwebs and some debris under the beds, not gross but could be a touch cleaner. All commonly used areas were perfectly acceptable. It was great for what we needed.
