We welcome you to our gorgeous 4 bed 4 bath single story house! The house sleeps 15 comfortably, and has a spectacular mountain view!

We are conveniently located between Los Angeles and Orange County, just minutes away from Downtown LA, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, and other tourist destinations.

Enjoy calm nights on the comfy furniture at the lighted patio overlooking the spectacular mountain view and city lights.

The SPACE

Enjoy our cozy home with 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. This Listing consists of 2 units:
- Main House: has 3 bed / 3 baths
- Guest House: 1 bed/1 bath
Please be informed of the sleeping arrangement. This house can comfortably sleep 10 in the 4 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 2 king beds and 1 convertible full size sofa bed. If you have more than 10 people, the rest of your group can choose to sleep on either a couch (we have two 3 seater couch), 2 futon (1 single and 1 full size) or on an air mattress (single).

Although our Listing allows for events, there is an additional fee. Please inquire with the host.

Beautiful!

The property was very clean and very nice and super spacious!! Everything you need in a home was provided. Communication was a plus throughout the entire process. check-in and check-out were so smooth. We stayed to be close to my daughters' venue and they even allowed us to check out late. Thank you so much and will definitely stay agiain!

Just weird and uncomfortable

The property manager made this experience unpleasant. Normally check in time is... around 3 or so. This place was 5pm with a requirement to MEET her. This made checkin exceptionally difficult, as we were driving to the destination from out of state. I worked with her to see what we could do to just get the door code... no reason to meet. She agreed, we got the code, and all was well... I thought. Arrived at property, was moving in my luggage... when my Son informed me that there was an "Asian Lady" in the living room. I went looking for the intruder... couldn't find her anywhere in the house and she didn't respond to my calling "who's there". She then shows up coming out of the house!! Such a privacy violation to just walk into the home I'm renting! Proceeds to ask me several questions about who she thought she saw on the security cameras and who exactly is coming and going into the property. Very invasive and pointless questions. I was super uncomfortable with all of it. She kept asking why I was. upset... clearly having no idea what a violation of boundaries this was. I explained that the longer she stood in front of me asking questions about my friends, my stay and my attitude about her trespassing... the worse I felt about it. Finally she left... but had a creapy feeling she was watching the cameras like a fiend to catch us doing... something. Lots of signs in the house... explaining how tinted windows work, and how NOT to mess up the towels otherwise there are fees. Lots of fees. NOT a welcoming or friendly vibe. The 'guest house' is part of the house. Don't be fooled. The layout was WHACKED OUT and the bathroom door for the guest side didn't close! The beds were foam and super squishy... poor support. The various couches were squishy or bench hard... good for children, but rough for adults. Neighborhood was quiet. I would never stay with this host again.

First of all, I noticed someone at the house before check in time that didn't match the picture of the person who booked. As a precaution, I went to the house to make sure everything was ok. I went towards the front of the house and noticed a man at the front door of the house. I said, "hello!" and he went inside the house without saying anything or acknowledging me even though he clearly saw me. Then, I walked back out to the driveway where I met a lady, who turned out to be the one who booked the house. At this time (which is around check in time), she angerly started to badger me about who I was and what I was doing at the house. I tried to explain I was there to check on the house and to greet her, but she was too angry to listen, so I just said, "have a nice day" and left. I never went inside the house--wasn't even close to the front door. These people seemed very nervous about the something and angry for nothing. I was there on the first day, at check in time and she was so angry to see me. Why so angry when I am there to greet her? The house is near the end of a cul-de-sac in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The guest also complained about the furniture and beds being “squishy”. Please read through our reviews and you will find that guests find our beds extremely comfortable such that they write and ask us where to purchase the mattress. Our sofas are from Scandinavian Design which is a nice modern furniture store in our area. We also provide high quality towels and linen. We try to provide the best accommodations to guests and message them from time to time asking how things are and if there is anything guests might need. This particular guest did not respond to any messages. All in all one of the worst experiences hosting.

Birthday Party

Booked with the host Valerie and talked to her for about a week and a half arranging my booking. She gave us a code for check-in and allowed us to do early check-in and check-out for a fee of $25 per hour. The house and backyard was overall very nice and I liked the fact that it had string lights in the backyard that were solar powered so they turned on right when it got dark. I rented for a birthday party and we had to pay an event fee/fee to bring extra guests but I didn’t mind. The house was also very clean but it is a bit of a confusing layout, nothing too bad though.

Birthday Vacation

Our hosts were amazing and gracious. Check in and check out process was smooth. Tour of the home when checking in, and ability to contact them whenever; whether it be via text or call. Any and all questions answered. Home itself was so beautiful and we felt secure and taken care of throughout our stay. Plenty of amenities, and nearby food and stores to bring groceries or whatever you need back home. Notices and reminders through out the house. Stayed with 4 of my best girlfriends, and our significant others accompanied us. Plenty of space if you’re doing a big family trip as well! Would recommend staying at this home and would come back here if I ever needed a home away from home!

Ok, but not super cozy

Well equipped and clean, but odd house room layout, and not a cozy environment. After booking one of her houses, the host told me it was no longer available and then offered this house up, which was frustrating and odd because it was priced higher and not but we had originally chosen. We felt nickeled and dimed because there was an extra charge depending on the number of people and then if we wanted to check in early there was also a $25 per hour charge. I also didn't like that we had to let them know what time we were arriving because we were arriving in two cars after an event and couldn't estimate timing well. Apparently they wanted to meet us the door. Most places we have booked provide entrance instructions in advance and so there is no need to coordinate.. overall, The interaction seemed entirely transactional.
