There were seven of us, six adults and one child. We felt very comfortable and at home; all rooms were clean, did not lack for anything. Roger was easily reachable and answered any questions in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again.

A great stay! Really enjoyed the pool. Walk to Disneyland and save much frustration and no parking fees at the park. Parked 4 cars with no issues. Air conditioning was awesome too! Would stay again. Really enjoyed the nightly fireworks too!

Such a great place for an extended family stay. We had 7 people and the 4 rooms and 3 baths made it wonderful to each have our own space. Kitchen and living room were spacious. Having the pool was amazing!!!Walked to the Disney Mickey and friend parking each day and caught the tram in. About a 10-15 min walk. Host was great getting back to us if we had any questions!Able to see the Disney fireworks right from the front door!

This was perfect location for our family trip to Disneyland (6 adults, one 4 year old). We have never stayed off property before and we will 100% be staying here again when we come back. The convenience to the park, grocery stores, gas station across the street, minutes to Disney parking, and a view of the nighttime fireworks. As far as the house, it is clean, well stocked, and had plenty of room to spread out

This house in Anaheim exceeded all our expectations! We spent an incredible week and couldn't be happier with our choice.* Cleanliness and Amenities: Right from the start, we noticed how spotless everything was. The kitchen is fully equipped down to the last detail, packed with super useful utensils to cook any meal without missing a thing.* Top-Tier Rest: The beds are extremely comfortable; after intense days of walking, a good rest was essential, and here we had it guaranteed.* Outdoors: The pool and jacuzzi area is simply spectacular, the perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of the day.* Unbeatable Location: The location is ideal. It's right next to Disneyland and the Convention Center (perfect for us, since we came for Disney and BlizzCon), and surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants and supermarkets.The treatment from the property was a ten out of ten: the owner was super attentive at all times, keeping an eye out for anything we might need. We've enjoyed this stay immensely and will definitely be back very soon.Thank you so much to Roger for being such an attentive host!

Great communication with host who would reach out to make sure thi is were good. The Full kitchen was great and had all you would need to cook, which we did most nights. The hot tub was great, the pool was about 3 feet deep which was disappointing to the older kids but was great to cool off and was large. The place was very clean and close to Disney, the beach and shopping!!!

Great value. Our families fit comfortably in the 3 rooms. It was a quick walk to Disney and we would come back mid-day and enjoy the pool before heading back for the evening. I highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic stay. The host is very kind, quick to respond, and very accommodating. The house has everything you need for your stay and then some! It is located very close to the parks, and is an easy walk to downtown Disney. The house itself needs some minor cosmetic repairs, (knobs on the dressers fell off, towel rods were loose, door knobs need tightening, etc). However, we really enjoyed our stay and have already booked to stay again when we visit in September.

This property is excellent as a base for Disneyland. Lots of beds and bathrooms help with a house full of people. Free driveway parking, a hot tub, and a pool! The kitchen seems well stocked, the dining table is large and the new sofas are great. The house is within walking distance of Disneyland - but be warned - it is a very long walk and it seems even longer at the end of the night when you are tired. This trip we used Uber/Lyft from the house to the drop off zone at Disneyland and it really improved our fun in the park.

We’ve stayed at this house before, and overall it has a lot going for it. The location is excellent, with about a 20-minute walk to Disneyland’s main gate. The house is spacious and well stocked, and we enjoyed the hot tub, which was warm enough for the kids without being too hot. The rooms were clean and well made.That said, the house is starting to need some TLC, especially considering the price. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, but instead of a traditional mattress, it appears to be foam cushions stacked together. It was extremely soft and lacked support for my taste. The living room furniture is also heavily worn, with some broken pieces.We also had refrigerator issues. The host sent us a troubleshooting guide, and we followed the recommended steps, but they did not resolve the issue. While troubleshooting, I noticed I hadn’t heard the refrigerator fan kick on. The freezer was cold but not freezing, and the refrigerator was only mildly cool. When I contacted the host, I was told this was because we hadn’t filled the refrigerator at least one-third full and it was having to work “too hard.” Both the refrigerator ice maker and countertop ice maker were also broken, so we had to plan on getting ice at the parks.I understand maintenance can be difficult during a busy season with back-to-back bookings, but I would expect more attention to upkeep. We still enjoyed our stay, but some repairs and updates would make a big difference.

Thank you for the feedback. the refrigerator is still under warranty, I contacted Costco and Samsung, technician already did on-site service, diagnose, replaced with brand new fan motor and fixed issue. Actually, the AC system, dishwasher, sofa at living room, beds at double beds rooms were updated in 2025 & 2026. As always, we try our best to work with families to make a great Disney vacation.

The location is close to Disneyland. Able to walk to Downtown Disney each day. Rooms are spacious and plenty of beds. Well supplied with everything we needed including strollers, etc. Roger was easy to reach as needed. Thanks for a great stay!
