In a pretty residence reassured with Concierge in the calm district of the port rents studio cabin done again and entirely furnished in new in 2018.
It is close to the busy harbor and shops in just 5 minutes walk.
A parking space is at your disposal in the parking of the secure residence and a bike room. A parking access badge will be given to you.
The apartment is on the third floor.

- An entry with a new secure bunk bed for children, an entrance furniture and a closet.
- A bathroom with storage furniture, shower and washing machine
- A toilet
- A stay with:
- an express convertible sofa bed with a real mattress
- Extendable table with 4 chairs
- a storage buffet
- a television
- a fitted kitchen with senseo, induction hob, extractor, fridge top with freezer compartment, combined microwave oven, toaster
- A terrace with a table, 4 garden chairs and parasol

Household products (laundry, dishwashing product, and floor / bathroom product) and a broom vacuum cleaner will be available as well as some kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, oil etc). For the washing machine, we leave it at your disposal thank you to use it reasonably.
The apartment is rented clean thank you for leaving it clean.

In the apartment, you will have at your disposal a guide about the different activities in Gruissan, and around a map of the seaside resort.
Many water activities await you in Gruissan (sailing, paddle, water skiing, towed buoy, jet ski ...) and children will be delighted to spend an evening at Pirat'Parc or a day of mini golf or tree climbing. You can also discover the Notre-Dame-des-Auzils church and the Barbarossa Tower. Between Narbonne Plage and Gruissan you have Aquajet Aquatic Park for the happiness of young and old.
The beautiful city of Narbonne is 15 km away where you can admire the Saint-Just cathedral and the Roman Horreum, as well as a beautiful archaeological museum.
Around Narbonne in a radius of 30 km of beautiful visits await you with the African Reserve of Sigean or also the abbey of Fontfroide.

A tourist tax will be payable on arrival (€ 0.60 per person and per day between July 1 and August 31).
A deposit check of 300 € will be given on the day of handing over the keys, and will be returned the day of departure.
