Dubrovnik is the city famous for its rich cultural heritage. It is made up of the different districts of the city: The old city - the historic center inside the city walls; Lapad - the new part with the beaches and promenade, Gruz- the part of the city where the port and markets are located; other smaller neighborhoods.

If you want to spend your vacation in complete tranquility, away from the noise of the city, but within easy reach of everything you need, Lapad is the right choice for you. This part of the city is located just a 5-minute drive from the historic center. A good connection by public transport (bus n ° 6 runs every 10 minutes and journey takes 5-10 minutes; makes Lapad one of the most attractive areas of Dubrovnik. Bus station is less than 20m from the apartment.

You will find everything you need there: post office, bank, cinema, pharmacy, hairdresser, many small shops as well as a large shopping center with many stores (DOC).

In addition, Lapad is adorned with a long promenade full of bars and restaurants which takes you to the magnificent beaches. Everything is only 300m from the apartment.

The most beautiful beaches of Dubrovnik can be found in this area: Copacabana beach, Lapad Beach, and the nudist beach of Cava - 500 m from the apartment. Neptun beach, President beach are also very close to the apartment.

In Babin Kuk (southwest part of Lapad) you can enjoy various sports activities such as volleyball, handball, tennis ... - 500 m from the apartment.

If you want to travel to Montenegro, Mostar or Medugorje, there are organized trips that go from Dubrovnik's main bus station, which is just a 10-minute walk or a few minutes by car by local bus from the house.

Excursions to neighboring islands (you should visit !!) go from Copacabana beach (500 m from the house) or from the port of Dubrovnik (a few minutes by local bus from the apartment).
