Very fresh pool villa in the Seasons community. Located ideally for a vacation in the Disney area. Equipped to high standard for your comfort! Living room with comfy sofas, BBQ free of use, stroller and kids car seats (3) available. 10 min to Disney World and 15 min to Universal and SeaWorld. The villa is fully air-conditioned and is a great base due to it's location and the good facilities. Private pool that can be heated. Free Wi-Fi. Free Phone calls within the USA. Xbox 360 kinect. Fully equipped kitchen with high chairs and cots provided at no extra charge. Two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms - one with king size bed and the other with queen size - ideal for two families sharing the villa. Bedroom three and four has two twin beds in each room and shares bathroom three. Three TV sets (largest 46') with cabletv. Blu-ray (Dvd) player. For child safety a pool fence and alarmed doors is available. Walmart 2 min away.

Great Stay

Came in for the VMX conference with my family. The house was gorgeous! So much room and kids had a blast playing ping pong. Easy access to Disney! Had a wonderful time! Will stay again!

Beautiful Kissimmee

Beautiful spacious, comfortable home. Perfect location. Everything we needed was provided there. Close to attractions and shopping. We would definately recommend this home. We had fun, and when guests came over, they commented on how nice the home was. 5 stars!

Great home

Very easy check in and owners were very quick to respond with any issuses we had. Kids loved the pool and all the games that they had available to play while we were there.

Great location and great property

We stayed for just under two weeks in middle August and the trip was amazing with amazing value with this property. Located perfectly to pretty much everything . We did several trips around and not just the theme parks and the location was perfect. The house amenities were fantastic and it made everything so easy. Our only suggestion is black out blinds / curtains in the master bedroom would be welcome but all in all we cannot recommend the house enough. Check in super simple also.

Wonderful Stay!

Great vacation! The pictures do not do the villa justice. It is a beautiful home with all the necessary amenities. The owners were excellent to deal with and were very prompt answering any of our questions. We will definitely be back.

Great Value!

Great spot to hang when you're not at the parks. The house is beautifully appointed and has all the amenities needed to recharge the family. Plenty of space and kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Vacation from Canada

We enjoyed weather and accommodations we were a bit surprised there was no salt&pepper. Extra paper towel. We had to purchase coffee & filters for coffee maker. We did find it was clean and easy access to places we wanted to go. Nice place to stay.

The Perfect Stay

Everything was perfect with this property. the pictures on the listing do not do it justice. It was perfect, beautiful, had everything we needed. Great location. Host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. we did not want to leave!!!

Affordable

Very clean. Lots of activities (ping pong, shuffle board & games), plus the pool. Would have been nice to have some pool toys/floats included, but we bought some. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cookware. No matter where we drove (Disney Springs, Universal & OCCC), traffic was always horrible & due to all the different places we went, can’t comment on specific location for our stay.

Family trip to Disney and universal

We absolutely loved this house! It was in a great location to get to all of the locations we were visiting, it was spacious enough for everyone and we all loved the amenities it offered like the ping pong table and pool. The only thing we disliked was the inability to control the thermostat ourselves. We found 74 not low enough for us at night and it was going up to 78 while we were out which took a while to cool off when we got back after a hot day out of the house. Overall, we would definitely book here again. It has been our favorite Florida vacation house to date.

Was not happy 1st week staying there!

When we got there the pool was not heated which we paid for. Was not taken care of,after 3 days called the owner and he had to tell us how to turn it on and turn light on in pool. Was not our job! First night smoke alarm started beeping, Then another alarm started beeping,we put up with that for 4 days, until they finally got them fixed. I think we should of been reimbursed for the pool , the days it was not heated, putting up with smoke alarms beeping which the maintenance said they were old and should be replaced.

6 week stay

The home was sufficient. Well stocked kitchen. If you have little ones, the garage and master closet have just about all the amenities you need..... Car seat, high chair, potty chair, pack n plays. We appreciated the toy box in the garage when my 5 yr old granddaughter visited for a week. Awesome ping pong table in the garage as well and shuffleboard in livingroom. Bring your own pool accessories. Great neighborhood and we felt safe. Best thing we loved was the pond across the street. Very nice! My husband and I walked our dog twice a day around it. Mobile fans for every room and ceiling fan in master. The ensuite screen window was torn and carpets could have used a cleaning and we relayed that to the homeowner. He was easy to communicate with. Almost walking distance to WalMart and Chick Fil A. Very close to Disney theme parks. We visited Magic Kingdom 1 day. Be sure to visit Celebration and Old Town and definitely Downtown historic Kissimmee and the Lakefront Park there. The downtown is cute and quaint and behind the passenger railroad tracks there is a BEAUTIFUL park there with a little splash pad area and nice playground for kids. We visited the Atlantic side a few times, only 1.5 hrs. You can take 192 all the way east to Cocoa Beach without toll roads. Thank you for our stay, we really enjoyed it!
