We had a family vacation to HHN planned and this BNB was the best choice for our family of 6. Everything you need is right here on property and if you have to make a run for anything you are close to Everything!! The location was exceptional!Clean home, beautiful neighborhood and safe area. We will book again if available!

We had an amazing stay! The host wasn't kidding, after a long exhausting day in the parks these were definitely the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on!! The house is exactly as described and is an excellent value..Also, as explained you are literally minutes from the parks....We appreciate the honesty of the host, and will definitely be back!!

Location is perfect . From stores to restaurants to whatever you may need .. timely response from host was Very helpful. The place is amazing , plain and simply said! . Everything needed in one stay! Pool was bigger than thought , and that was perfect ! ! Beds are giant and comfortable, laundry room if need to wash. Everything was great for our family! A. Not anything to be disappointed about when you stay here!

Not the best and not the worst. House is really good but communication with owner/mgmt company wasn’t what I had hoped. I am not upset I rented it but won’t stay there again.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the house, though we were surprised by your comments regarding communication. Looking back at our correspondence, we reached out several times before your arrival. We first emailed you on June 1 requesting your ID and rental paperwork, followed by reminders on June 10 and June 15. We didn't receive a response until June 17. On June 25, we sent you our welcome email containing all the check-in information and instructions. We did not receive a reply to that email. On your arrival day, you contacted us from outside the property saying you could not find the check-in email. We responded within 30 minutes and made sure you had everything you needed to access the home. The following day, you asked about renting the grill. We replied within 15 minutes to let you know it was available, but we never received a response. We always aim to respond promptly and to provide all necessary information well before our guests arrive. While we're sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations, we believe our communication records show that we responded quickly whenever we received a message from you.

The house was perfect! Everything was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the pool was absolutely incredible. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, loved the backyard/pool area. The yard is fenced in and great for our small dogs. Peaceful neighborhood.
