Accommodation in the center of Plérin close to the sea and shops
T3 apartment located on the 2nd floor in a quiet residence near the sea and shops.
Recently renovated, it is equipped with:
- A new and fully equipped living room / living room / kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave) of around 40 M²
- A bedroom with a 160cm bed + a second bedroom with a 160cm sofa bed
- Bathroom with bath / shower and separate wc, a balcony and 2 parking spaces
No cleaning fees. Cleaning must be done before departure. If it was not the case, 10 € per hour of cleaning will be asked later.
Bed linen is not included. If necessary, a supplement of 5 € will be requested.
It is possible to put two towels, two washcloths, shower gel, shampoo. 5 € extra will be requested.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
