Chalet Parakima is an OVO Network property. This recently-built chalet can comfortably welcome up to 15 guests (maximum 14 adults) over 230m2 of floor space split across three levels.

The OVO Network team’s opinion -

The chalet has eight bedrooms.

The main living space is full of light and spacious, the open plan space means that the chef is able to join in with conversations and dinners are relaxed informal affairs as the table is next to the kitchen. Those who prefer to snuggle in and relax around the fire can do so, while others can head off to the adjoining multimedia space/ games room.  

With a jacuzzi, a home cinema, comfortable interior spaces, and lovely outdoor spaces we think Chalet Parakima has those special extra elements that will mean your group will enjoy a great holiday in Manigod in the Aravis mountains.

Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

Important: please note that if you book the nearby Parakima and Chocolat chalets together, the dining rooms in both chalets are not large enough to accommodate a group of 23 people. However, the living space in Chalet Parakima can accommodate the occupants of both chalets exceptionally well. Fireworks of any kind are prohibited.



The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up
before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for
up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.

Perfect Chalet for Large Groups

Amazing chalet in the heart of the mountains. Even for a large group, everyone can still have their private space. The kitchen has everything you could need and more for several days! Highly recommended!

The Perfect Retreat for Cycling and Relaxation

The place has it all. We stayed for 5 nights with 5 men to bike the region. It was hot, but the chalet was cool. The view is great, especially during dinner time (BBQ) on the terrace.

Great place for our big family of 17, including 7 grandchildren between the ages of 1 and 8.

Well-equipped kitchen, well-equipped rooms and bathrooms, especially the children's room. There was a lot of space for our large family of parents, children, spouses, and our 7 grandchildren, with easy access to Col du Croix Fry.

Stunning Views and Excellent Service

The chateau offers incredible views from every window and balcony. It was extremely well stocked with all the essentials, and our manager, Corinne, was very prompt and courteous in answering our questions and providing advice about the local area. Our family enjoyed the expansive space on our first trip to Switzerland and France. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful time together and will return again and again.

We were all very satisfied with the accommodation. The rooms are all very comfortable and clean. The large living room and dining room are very inviting and comfortable. The stove creates a pleasant atmosphere. The jacuzzi is a highlight of the house. We had a wonderful time together and will return again and again.

Spacious, modern, and comfortable. The number of large pots/casseroles was not sufficient for a chalet that can sleep 15. Temporarily solved. Besides that, the kitchen was absolutely okay and well-equipped.

It's like something you see in the movies!

9 of us stayed for 1 week and had the holiday of a lifetime. The scenario where the chalet is located is unbelievable - set in the mountains with unobstructed views. It was magical. The chalet is beautiful- it’s like something you see in the movies. So big, so spacious, wooden decor throughout, and fantastic spaces to enjoy & relax (kitchen, lounge , bbq area, hot tub, table tennis ) The only warning, you need to have a car, as it’s not accessible by walking to villages and towns. Within 20 mins drive you can be in La Clusaz and Thônes, both excellent towns, with lots to do. And in half an hour Annecy. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic holiday, exceeded expectations

Our family of seven adults and two young little ones had a fantastic holiday. The chalet met all of our expectations—and even exceeded them. It feels much more like ‘your’ family home than a holiday rental. It is beautifully furnished, exceptionally well equipped, and the views are simply breathtaking. There is something for everyone in the area, from water sports on Lake Annecy to the many activities in La Clusaz, not to mention the wonderful hiking trails in the surrounding mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this chalet. We would love to return!

Un merveilleux week-end en famille

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille dans ce chalet. Le logement est très agréable, confortable, bien équipé et parfaitement adapté pour passer de bons moments ensemble. L’environnement est calme et reposant. Un grand merci à Corinne pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse tout au long du séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Splendide chalet très bien équipé avec une vue sur la montagne dont on ne peut se lasser! Nous avons passé 8 jours inoubliables en famille : tous ravis du plus vieux 69 ans à la plus jeune à peine 18 mois! Bravo pour l’équipement pour les enfants en bas âge !! Un immense merci ❤️

Retraite montagnarde parfaite

Nous avons passé un excellent Team Building au Chalet. Tout y était, la vue, le temps magnifique, l'espace, les équipements pour cuisiner en nombre. Avons pu profiter du jacuzzi, du brasero et du barbecue! Anastasia est très réactive; l'arrivée et départ facile Je recommande à 100% ce chaleureux Chalet au coeur des montagnes.
