This is an extremely nice cabin! Location is great, close enough to the activities in the area. The cabin has plenty to offer if you just want a quiet place to relax. We even got to watch a bear walk right by the window! We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The property itself was great! Very clean and beautiful inside. Very quiet area. You will see bears so don’t leave out any food or anything in your car! Pool was small but worked for our younger kids (we did bring our own pool toys and floats)! The check in time is a very hard stop for 4pm so plan travel accordingly. We got in 30 mins early and just sat outside waiting for the code.

Great amenities, did not really understand how much of a hill it was on but it didn’t matter. Everyone really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. House was clean but not deep clean. Lots of Cobbwebs. A few dirty dishes were just put in with the clean dishes. Had some minor hiccups with the A/C, and kitchen Faucet. The owner showed up himself to try to resolve but had to have a AC tech come out. Everyone was very responsive and overall it was a fantastic stay. Highly recommend the location if it’s a small family.

Beautiful place!

My family and I stayed for a few days. Very clean, nice cabin. The kids loved the pool! We even saw a few bears right outside our back door! It is not far from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg at all. The parking was a little steep but that is the only complaint! Would definitely stay again!

The cabin its self was amazing! Had pretty views and seen a few bears! The downstairs wasn’t very clean. It had a bunch of bugs and dirt in the floor. The pool had scorpions and dead bugs in it. The hot tub was nasty also. It looked like someone spit dip in it. We did call and let them know about these issues. They did state they send someone out. Although the pool and hot tub were still disgusting!

Weekend getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful newly built home. The inside pool was the main reason for our booking because we love to swim. Any issues that I did have management was available and the issues were addressed quickly. It’s close to everything which was a plus. We will definitely be renting again

Wonderful Gatlinburg cabin

The property was perfect. Great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! Such a peaceful area. Our kids loved the mini pool. My husband and I really appreciated the placement of the pool as we were able to use the hot tub and play pool and still have visibility of the pool and keep an eye on the girls. My kids are already asking when we can come back.

Friends birthday getaway!

Communication wasn't the best, getting the code at 4pm wasnt what I've been used to as I've always gotten it the day before any trip. After the stay, none of that really mattered! When you walk in you could smell how clean everything was, this cabin had the most comfortable beds we've ever had in a vacation home. We saw bears the first 15 minutes we were there! Overall absolutely beautiful and peaceful.

Great Stay

The only issue with this property is the parking. The driveway is on a big hill. One flat area to park but need to carry all your stuff uphill is a pain. Pool was great, hot tub could have been cleaner as it was foamy when the jets are on. Family had a wonderful time though. Will definitely rent from Patriot again

The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. The pool and game room was very entertaining. However, there is no cell phone access and when the Internet went out for a day, we couldn’t use the tv, computer or phones. It was a safety concern because we have young children. We did see a black bear outside the living room window. Very peaceful and relaxing.

We understand that the lack of cell phone access and intermittent internet outage may have caused some inconvenience, especially with young children. Unfortunately is was an area-wide outage. Emergencies using 911 can be made with a cell phone even if there's no Wi-Fi connection or cellular service from your provider. Emergency calls utilize any available cellular network, including networks of other providers, to connect the call. Federal regulations mandate that all carriers must relay emergency calls regardless of whether the caller is a subscriber. We strive to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all our guests. We hope you had an overall pleasant stay.

Very nice place to stay. Beds were comfortable, nice open space in living room. Nice pool and hot tub. Found it easier to unload and load from basement rather than walking up hill. To me pictures made it look more secluded but there is neighbors close by. Watch the door from the living room to patio it automatically locked on me twice thank goodness my husband and I both were not on patio otherwise I don't know how we would have gotten back in, so don't latch door all the way, I will call and report this. Plenty of fun and entertainment. We saw 7 bears while we stayed here. Did not see any insects or bugs inside, it was very clean. We hope to come back and stay in a year again.
