Very convenient, beautiful and peaceful location, beautiful view, rustic interior but complements the environment. Car preferred, a must with children due to hilly surrounding and location, as is usual with villas. Very easy and pleasant keeping in contact with host!

Wonderfull view at a comfortable villa

Our stay was wonderfull, we liked the peace as we were visiting the hectic and busy Mipim real estate fair. The house felt like home and the view at every time of day and night is amazing!

Truly excellent.

The property was absolutely fabulous. The views were spectacular, the pool magnificent and all the facilities exactly as needed, plus the house is located in a nice quiet area. Our host Aimee was brilliant and I would have no hesitation in recommending this house.

The villa was perfect for our family vacation to France. Everything was clean and comfortable and Aimee was very easy to communicate with. My one small complaint might be the scary switchback drive up to the villa on what seemed like a 1 way road, but was actually 2 way…if not for the fact that it provided the spectacular view from the villa itself. Absolutely breathtaking!We thoroughly enjoyed a dip in the cool pool after a long hot day walking in the various cities along the French Riviera. This will definitely be a vacation we remember for a long time. And for all the right reasons.

Amazing place, will be returning

The pictures do not do it justice. Absolutely amazing place! Aimee, our contact, was very helpful, even being in contact before we arrived. The place is very spacious with a lot of privacy between the rooms. Very clean. The amenities were excellent. You can grill outside, swim, play paddle games, enjoy the marvelous views on the balacony. I am definitely rebooking as soon as I can return. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing Vacation Home!

What an amazing stay! The house is perfectly located within a short driving distance from Cannes, Juan les Pins and Antibes. The house itself is in Vallauris on the hillside overlooking the Mediterranean sea and the cap d'Antibes! On clear days, we were able to see the snowcapped Italian Alpes. The panoramic view will be one of the highlights of our memories from this trip. We started every morning on the terrace with our coffee. The kitchen is not modern but easily large enough to cook full meals and includes an American sized fridge with ice maker. Just below the terrace is a large swimming pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Our kids played in the pool, had ping-pong tournaments and taught their American grandpa how to play pétanque on the court on the side of the property. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 children (ages 10 to 12). The set up of the house comfortably slept us all. The master suite on the top of the main house boasts the most MAGNIFICENT VIEW from it's Juliet balcony. The caretakers of the house are incredibly kind and helpful. You can walk to the Boulangerie, market and the beach (about 15 minutes). A large Leclerc market is a 15 minute drive and offers everything we could want, including things for our American, French, and vegan guests. We will dream of our next stay here!

We had a fabulous stay at this villa. I was with my 2 sons, my daughter in law and 2 grandsons aged 5 and 2. The villa is really spacious, very clean and very well equipped, there is everything you need. A plentiful amount of beach towels were also provided which was a nice touch. The kids loved the swimming pool and the views from the terrace over the bay are incredible. The outdoor kitchen with gas bbq was ideal for cooking evening dinners.The property is located on a hillside in a residential area so a car is essential. A short drive away is the town of Vallauris where we went a couple of times to have a coffee and croissant breakfast. There is also a very large Leclerc supermarket there that has everything you could possibly need. A special mention to Aimee the host. Aimee lives next door and is very helpful lady. She met us upon arrival and explained that the previous guests had broken the washing machine but, if we had any washing to do, if we sent her a WhatsApp message she would come and collect it and do the washing, which she did. We weren't leaving for the airport on our last day until 13.00 hours and she very kindly allowed us a late checkout. I realise that this won't always be possible if there are new guests arriving but it was a much appreciated, very kind gesture. In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anybody holidaying in the Golfe Juan region and we would hope to return again someday in the future

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille pour fêter Noel, dans un environnement apprécié de tous. L'hébergement est très spacieux. Nous avons apprécié également la proximité de nos centres d'intérêts quand nous venons en hivers sur la Côte d'Azur. Un grand merci à Aimée

Excellent view

The house was great. We spent the majority of our time outside at the pool. It had an amazing view. A rental car was necessary to go into town but the view was worth it.

Prachtige plek aan de Cote d’azur

De Agency is super. Voor de reis meerdere malen contact gehad en waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam (Caroline). De ligging van het huis is prachtig, iedere ochtend en avond een feest om aan de ontbijttafel te zitten. Prachtige uitzichten. Huis is redelijk bereikbaar, laatste stuk is beetje steil. Huis bestaat uit drie losse delen. Het hoofdgebouw met woon/eetkamer, keuken en master bedroom. Een bijgebouw met 2 slaapkamers. En een derde gebouw vast aan het tweede , maar met eigen entree. De laatste kamer heeft geen airco. De rest allemaal wel. Alle kamers zijn netjes verzorgd met eigen Sat TV en badkamer. Huismeester/concierge was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maar kwam naar ons gevoel iets te vaak (onaangekondigd) langs. Dit deed toch afbreuk op onze privacy, soms was hij er twee maal per dag, zonder in onze ogen een goede reden. Hij sprak echter enkel Frans wat de communicatie niet bevorderde. We hebben geprobeerd ons er zo min mogelijk aan te storen. Maar in alle jaren dat ik huizen huur in Spanje, Italië en Frankrijk had ik dit nog nooit eerder meegemaakt. Kortom. Prachtig huis. Maar misschien even van te voren afspraken maken met Caroline over de conciërge.
