Nestled within the popular Carillon Beach resort area, we’re just a short drive from the iconic 30A and all its scenic charm.
Our condo offers modern comfort and luxury. You'll have stunning views—sunrises from the balcony and breathtaking sunsets from the living room and downstairs bedroom. This is Old Florida living with a fresh, luxurious twist.
Pinnacle Port is a gated resort packed with amenities: two pools (one heated and enclosed in winter), tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and a playground. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi and cable during your stay.
Behind the property, you'll discover Lake Powell, a rare coastal dune lake perfect for fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and more. Camp Helen nearby offers kayak rentals for even more outdoor fun.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
We have always dreamed of having a beach home, we purchased this unit in Pinnacle Port in May of 2019. The property has fantastic ocean and inlet lake-front views. Getting to the beach is a breeze and there is a breathtaking ocean view from every window and balcony. This condo is extremely close to all the 30a restaurants and close enough to Panama City beach for the fun and amenities, but far enough to avoid the crowds. The security of a gated resort entrance, the beauty of the area, the many amenities, and the beautiful sandy white beaches just outside of the buildings door is exactly why we choose this property!
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
The views of the gulf and coast line from the balcony and every window and the amazingly calming views of lake Powell. The active sea life is fun to watch and the lake is great place to throw your crab trap in hopes of catching dinner. Pinnacle Port is one of the closest resorts to the water and can not be outdone.
