We had an incredible stay at Liz’s condo. The condo was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Liz provided lots of information about the property and was very prompt to respond to communication and questions. I would highly recommend staying at Liz’s condo. Thank you!

My aunt and I have just spent four nights at this wonderful condo. We loved the layout enjoyed the proximity to Rosemary and restaurants nearby. Having the beach chairs included was great and we love the beach area. The condo is very well equipped, we didn’t cook but if you wanted to it was ready for you. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property. Also Liz was so responsive and very helpful.

Thank you Liz and Chen. Our stay at Lazy Days Cabana was perfect. There was plenty of everything we needed for our extended weekend stay, from dishes and silverware to towels and extra blankets. There was even enough coffee that we didn't have to purchase more for my daughter.The view from the master bedroom was magical. This was the first time I had rented a condo in this side of the building, and was pleasantly surprised that the lake view was also very calming and relaxing.There were plenty of sand toys for the grandkids along with a few floaties and body boards.Full size washer and dryer made doing laundry easy.We definitely recommend Lazy Days Cabana, and will try to book again next year when we come back for our yearly trip to Pinnacle Port.

Excellent hosts. Very clean well maintained home ! Pleasantly surprised with a well stocked kitchen . Several games for grandchildren to play . Furnished balconies. Beautiful view of ocean and lake . Pinnacle port is our favorite spot and A540 will definitely be on our list of favorites we try to use ! Thanks for great accommodations for my first beach vacation with all four of my grandchildren.

Such a cute and comfortable condo! Liz provided everything we needed to have the most perfect beach vacation…. Beach chairs/service, beach towels, games, etc. The condo was spotless; the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in! We cooked many nights during our stay and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We were also greeted with a snack basket and a list of local favorites when we arrived! They have truly provided everything possible to feel at home! The amenities offered at Pinnacle Port are also so convenient; a small coffee shop and beach cafe on site. We will defiantly be staying at the Lazy Days Cabana again!

What a wonderful Home Away from Home. Lazy Days Cabana is a wonderfully decorated condo, intentional with every detail. The kitchen was stocked well with many extras like coffee pods, creamer/sweetener, cleaning supplies and a snack basket. The condo was super clean as well as the building and public areas. The beach and pool are very convenient. Also provided were beach towels, sand toys, chairs & umbrella. Communication was great. We had a fabulous time and will definitely stay here when we return. Thank you for sharing your condo!

Lovely condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf from the primary bedroom. The unit was clean. The beds comfortable, and the kitchen stocked with all we needed. Beach access was easy, and it made all the difference for us to have beach service included. We didn’t have any issues in our unit. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Pinnacle Port is a property that was built in the 70’s. Liz has updated her condo with soft blues, comfortable furniture, lively decor, and lots of info about the area readily available. Carillon is an adorable neighborhood. It’s grown so much since we were last there. There’s a beautiful lake, a handful of cute shops and eateries in the sweet downtown, lots of cute cottages and stunning homes, beautiful green spaces, and it’s QUIET—unlike 30A — which is what we were looking for — fewer crowds, low key, and relaxing. Liz, thank you for such a great stay!

Pros - Host is amazing with communication and what is offered (large starter packs of detergent, coffee pods, ect and tons of extra blankets). The Pinnacle Port grill at the pool was best food we had on the trip. Cons - pool is way too small for property there were multiple days we couldn’t even find a seat. The pool itself was so crowded with people you really couldn’t get in without being on top of someone. There are 2 pools the second pool is smaller than a backyard inground pool the main pool is half indoors (essentially the entire shallow end). We were there for the beach mainly but if you are interested in having pool chairs/nice pool this is not the property for you. There are 3 elevators- 2 were working upon our arrival and we were down to 1 elevator the last few days. Being on 5th floor carrying beach items with 3 kids the stairs are ideal - guests waiting 15-20 mins for elevator. I can see an issue for a day or so but the entire stay was really inconvenient in an 11 floor building. We chose Pinnacle Port to move out of the crazy bust 30A area but this area definitely was not that. Bottom line would I rent here again or suggest to a friend the answer would be no.

Elevator maintenance and resort-wide pool capacity are handled directly by the HOA, so I will share your specific concerns with the management team to help them improve the guest experience. We loved the location between the ocean and the inlet. Lots of time spent fishing the inlet by our son, which provided a great activity as an alternative to the beach. Condo was well stocked with basic amenities which was much appreciated!
