The living area has new designer furnishings leading to the family dining area that seats six. The master bedroom and living area have glass doors that lead out to the open balcony with bar-height furniture.

The master bedroom as well as the secondary bedroom have king-sized beds, and the new living room queen sleeper sofa sleeps two. The master includes a large walk-in closet, double bathroom sinks, and a large walk-in shower. The private secondary bath has a walk-in shower.

The living room has a 45" flat screen TV (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and other apps pre-loaded), and DVD player. The master bedroom has a 36” wall-mounted TV and DVD Player, and the secondary bedroom has a 30” wall-mounted TV.
