Wonderful way to ring in the New Year!

Wonderful hosts. Communicative and helpful. Great place to spend a long weekend. We had everything we needed and then some. The heated pool was amazing as was access to the beach. We were blessed with 3 amazing late-December beach days in a wonderful setting.

Magical Beach Vacation

Wow, Where do I start?! Let me preface this by saying I am by no means wealthy or well to do, but I have stayed at my fair share of beach rentals. Some higher end, and some lower end. I have been in places that I would never return to again and I have stayed in places that I would not have to think twice about returning to. If you are on the fence about Jetty East 316A let me help remove from that position. In my modest experience this was easily the BEST and most relaxing vacation I and my family have ever experienced. I'll start with Sissy, the owner, Bar none the best communicator I have ever had dealings with in regards to vacation rentals. Each and every interaction was quick, informative, and professional. The unit itself was 100% exactly as described. It was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable and our 8 year old daughter loved the sofa bed. Also, the AC was amazingly frigid!! I was apprehensive somewhat about the view being of the East pass and not of the gulf. I was pleasantly surprised without how much I enjoyed watching all of the boat traffic in the early morning and beyond that it really was just flat out gorgeous. We spent the LARGE majority of our time enjoying the sugar white sand and turquoise crystal clear waters of the Gulf. Truly the most beautiful ocean waters and beach in the continental US. The ocean water was just slightly cooler than the HEATED pool. It was breathtaking on a daily basis and the photos really do not do it justice.

We had a fantastic time at this property. It is closely located to the grocery store, Target, food options and the beach access is perfect! Its a short walk down the beach to get to the Jetty's and it is absolutely worth it to make the walk! I wouldn't stay in another location in Destin! We loved it!

Clean, close to stores, restaurants, etc. There was only one roll of toilet paper and no extra trash bags were there. Other than that it was a nice place.

We are 2 ladies is our 60s and 70s. The condo has one king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was stained (disgusting) and paper thin necessitating one person to sleep on the couch. The owner offered to compensate us to relocate. First to find another availability, and then to pack and move was not the way we wanted to spend our stay. Very disappointing for the price. While the owner responded in a timely manner by text, saying that sofa bed mattresses are designed for folding not sleeping……

EXCELLENT OWNER AND PROPERTY

First time to Destin and this property was an excellent choice. Very good location and secure and safe property. Easy steps to the beach and all personnel very happy and helpful. The overall property is in good condition and kept clean. SOLID concrete building, we rode ut a tornado warning in our room and felt very safe. Do not hesitate to book with Sissy, great communication and super fast response to any issues that you may have. Unit super well equipped and not lacking anything...nicely decorated and in good condition. We would certainly not hesitae to book with Sissy again and look forward to coming back to Destin !!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Cute, clean, quiet and well stocked condo provided everything we could have wished for. Beautiful views, beach and amenities! Sissy communicated all needed details which made our stay even better. White sugar beaches and gorgeous blue waters made walking on the beach so very enjoyable. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and met many friendly people during our visit. We would definitely recommend this property and will definitely return!

Good location along beach. Parking was limited due to maintenance of garage area. Pool has a great location. Elevators were in limited operation due to maintenance.

Location! Location! Location! Everything we expected

The Best properties we stayed at in DESTIN! nice cozy condo with a great view, was 57 degrees out and went swimming in the heated pool and hot tub everyday! And a great private beach.

Long weekend

Great spot to enjoy some Florida weather! Building was very well maintained and clean. We really enjoyed our daily walks in the neighborhood and no shortage of great restaurants.

Lovely

Overall, it was a lovely first time experience in Destin. Great location, nice heated pool and jacuzzi, and 24/7 security. Our host was very friendly and very prompt with communication. Not sure about the other units but ours could’ve used a bit of an update and facelift. Shower drained terribly slowly and toilet made pumping noises after it was flushed. The pullout couch bed was really uncomfortable. Condo had everything we needed so no complaints there. As I mentioned, overall, it was a nice first time experience. Next time, we’ll need a bigger place to accommodate our growing children.

Anniversary trip

Sissy very accommodating and answered emails very quickly even when we had to cancel and rebook in a matter of a week! Condo clean, water was absolutely clear and gorgeous- had 6 great beach days even during hurricane Idalia - My only thoughts - light switches were confusing especially in bedroom, needed a bath mat in bathroom, shower was a little challenging to get in and out of with height of tub.

Our guests come back year after year because of the lasting memories they make as a family. Having their kids grow up with memories of vacatiing each summer and playing at the Jetties is something they all cherish. We are now into 3rd and 4th generation families who gather for vaction/reunions because Jetty East has has become a fixtrure in their lives.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Jetty East has something not many other properties can offer. The pool and hot tub sit beach side - just steps from your unit. No long walks across streets to the beach. Our kids enjoy going back and forth to the pool and it's easy becasue they are literally next to each other.
2) Is is a very short walk down the beach to the jetties where you can sit for hours and watch the fishing and leisure boats navigate the pass, all while enjoying a fantastic sunset. We also love to fish and snorkel off the jetties .
3) The huge 3500 sq foot outdoor pavilion is the only one I know of where families can grill and eat together right on the beach. Plenty of grills (10) and lots of tables and seating.
