"Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This two-bedroom, two-bath condo is an idyllic spot, located within walking distance from the Hang-Out, offering direct access to the beach. The complex provides a central HEATED outdoor pool for your relaxation and enjoyment.

Ideal for families, the condo boasts two spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed. The second bedroom features a full-size/twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed for versatile accommodations. Every bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs. Satellite TV and internet access are available for entertainment when you're not at the beach. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located within the unit. Additionally, the condo features a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delightful meals during your stay. Don't miss the chance to book this unit for your dream vacation today!

For winter stays during January and February, reservations made prior to October 1st require a 60-day (two month) minimum. Reservations made after October 1st for the winter months vary between three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

The Property is Professionally Managed by Poole and Associates,
One parking pass comes with your reservation total. You can purchase one additional pass by contacting our office to add the additional pass to your reservation. Linens, and a starter set of toilet paper, trash bags, and kitchen soap are provided. You will need to bring extra of these items, along with coffee filters, seasonings, and don't forget the beach towels.
Clear policies are in place, including the age requirement, photo ID at check-in, and provisions for pets. Dogs are welcome, subject to a non-refundable $225 pet fee per pet, allowing for up to two dogs.

Explore our monthly 'Snowbird' rates, available from November through February, for an extended and delightful stay during the winter season.

Fun time at beach condo

We had a great time at the beach condo. It’s steps from a beautiful white sand beach. We enjoyed the heated pool. The condo was comfortable and well decorated.

Very cute place on the beach!

This was in a great location on the beach plus walking distance to the hangout and other shops. The place was very cute and we had a view of the road, shops and the beach! Would stay here again!

Excellent

Perfect spot. Walking distance to many food places, shops, the beach, and entertainment. Plenty of room for family, two full bathrooms, washer/dryer in condo, and comfy beds. Balcony is perfect to sit and enjoy your coffee, or listen to the band at the Hangout after dinner. Great view.

Great location!

Not only is this right on the beach, it’s just a couple of blocks from the Hangout, restaurants, ice cream and shopping. The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed.

Enjoyed our stay

This condo was close to everything in gulf shores. Could use a little sprucing up but was a fine place to stay for the week. We had a great time!

Great Location!!!

This was a nice condo and wonderful location. We were able to sit on the balcony and listen to the music at the Hangout. There where a ton of restaurants in walking distance.

Great Location

Perfect pet friendly condo in great location. Great views from the balcony and we were able to walk to many restaurants from the condo. Loved the beach decor and washer dryer in unit.

Perfect location

This condo is in a perfect location, easy access to the beach and within walking distance of may restaurants and shops. We loved the view of the ocean while sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. There was plenty of room for our party of 6 and 2 little dogs. The only suggestions I have would be the need for some new pots and pans, they really were not fit for cooking in. Overall, we loved the condo and the location and would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Perfect spot

We loved our stay here, two years in a row. We loved the updated colors and decor. We had a great view, great parking . Did I mention , we were close to “Everything “. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Great location for kids

The condo was great for our family of 4. You can walk to restaurants, The Hangout, retail stores, etc. Take your own paper products and spices, none in the condo. The balcony was great and we did have a good beach view.

Loved it!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at your property! Location is perfect, condo itself was very nice and clean. We normally travel with our pup and since this condo is no longer accepts pets we would look for another regatta property. Thank you for letting us stay at your place !

At the beach.

This location is fabulous. Great place for a small family to vacation. The place is very well furnish and decorated. It had every kitchen utensil needed. It was a very easy check in and check out. The condo needs a little touch up work in painting and the plumbing fixtures in the guest shower were loose.. Overall, we had a really fun time.

Great View!

This is a very nice unit, with a great view of the gulf! Lots of beds - great for a large family. Well cared for and updated interior. Comfortable furnishings, great place. The complex is a bit older, has a pool (not heated), no hot tub and no other amenities. Also, be sure to bring EVERYTHING you need - salt, pepper, soap, shampoo, trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, TP, etc.

Cold but fun

Only draw back was the wifi. Unsecured and could not have more than 1 person on at a time. View is perfect. Had all items needed. Washer and dryer was so useful. On 2 sunny days enjoyed the deck with warming sun. Easy access to beach. So close, if it was warmer, could have walked to restaurants. Fir being so chilly was restful stay

Awesome location- don't bring beach toys, they have them!

This place is close to everything but still small enough to not feel overcrowded. Private pool area. Easy walk to the beach and Hangout. Great views. Mostly clean. The king comforter is nasty filthy but the sheets and other blankets were clean so we went to Walmart and bought a new comforter since we couldn't get a reply when leaving a message with management. If I was going to be nit picky, the water pressure sucks and I wish their were bath mats in the bathrooms. The Regatta has a "take one leave one" bin for toys so save your money! Overall a great stay, will be back!

Great location, affordable!!

Great experience overall! Easy access to the beach and easy walking distance to most restaurants. Unit was nice, recently updated. Only gave 4 stars because property is older and some of the “maintenance fixes” are DIY at best. But I’m in the remodeling business so I notice things like that. Also, a herd of elephants must’ve rented the unit above! Needless to say, there was quite a bit of noise from the foot traffic upstairs. That being said, great unit, great location, and great price!! Would rent again!!

The condo is on the 2nd floor with a view of the Gulf. There are adequate chairs and tables on the balcony but the balcony is in disrepair, chipped paint, outside door frame all rusted, tape on screen door. The interior of the condo has low ceilings with watermarks in the kitchen. The wall you first see upon entering had drywall compound covering it and had not been painted. The microwave makes a terrible sound when used. The sliding doors to the balcony did not lock, property management came and fixed one of the two, we put a piece of wood in the track of the other. I would not recommend this rental unless significant repairs and upgrades are done.

Great location, fun trip!

The property location is excellent. In walking distance to restaurants, the pool is right down the stairs, beach access is perfect. Plenty of silverware and cookware. Beds and sheets were nice and cozy. Fans, TVs and everything worked. Yes, back doors are a little difficult to open, but it’s a unit facing the ocean and the salt water I’m sure effects that. Needs lightbulbs in rooms. The living room couch bed was broken and would not pull out so we did not have the additional Sleeping space like we had hoped for. I let maintenance know and they said they would be out the next day (but that’s the day we were leaving). Overall a nice little cute place. Washer and dryer worked great. AC was good. Parking was good. Pets allowed. We were going to bring our dog, but ended up not bringing him and they reimbursed me for the pet fee with no problem. Will def book through them again.

We stayed a week, location is perfect. Right on the beach.

The cleanliness of the condo should have been better, it didn’t look like it was dusted or vacuumed. The shower curtain in the master bath has mold growing in it. The door knob fell off in my hand, when trying to open the door on the second day we were there. The lights in the living room do not work but the fan does, so not sure if burnt out. Love the color scheme and the decorations are cute. I like that it has open concept. I liked having washer and dryer, dish washer, and two restrooms was all huge plus. The sliding doors to balcony do not slide very well, I pinched my fingers twice trying to get it open. Balcony is nice, great view and the furniture is nice for morning breakfast! Mostly a few minor maintenance issues and cleanliness (I’m pretty sure the cleaning service was used, just poorly cleaned). Otherwise, great facility.

Nice stay but not luxury

My husband and I stayed at Regatta for the Hangout Festival. We've been to Hangout Festival several years and stayed at other condos within walking distance, but this was the closest condo to the festival (in my opinion). Great location! And we choose this condo because it allows up to two pets -- thank you for being pet friendly!! The condo was spacious and everything as included from the original listing. They did provide travel shampoo/conditioner/bar of soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. There was liquid hand soap in bathrooms, and a new sponge and dish soap in kitchen. Plenty of bath towels, but no beach towels (which is normal). My only qualms are that the condo did smell of pets and slightly like mildew. It seemed the mildew smell disappeared some after turning the AC cooler. And the overall building needs some updates; the pool looked kind of gross and the railings and walkways outside the condos on each floor looked a little dangerous (maybe wood rot?). I didn't let my dog walk on the outside floorboards bc I was afraid she would get a splinter. There isn't a whole lot of grass for dogs to potty, but I guess that's expected at the beach. Overall, the condo served its purpose and everything seemed to be in working order.
