"Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This two-bedroom, two-bath condo is an idyllic spot, located within walking distance from the Hang-Out, offering direct access to the beach. The complex provides a central HEATED outdoor pool for your relaxation and enjoyment.

Ideal for families, the condo boasts two spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed. The second bedroom features a full-size/twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed for versatile accommodations. Every bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs. Satellite TV and internet access are available for entertainment when you're not at the beach. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located within the unit. Additionally, the condo features a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delightful meals during your stay. Don't miss the chance to book this unit for your dream vacation today!

For winter stays during January and February, reservations made prior to October 1st require a 60-day (two month) minimum. Reservations made after October 1st for the winter months vary between three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

The Property is Professionally Managed by Poole and Associates,
One parking pass comes with your reservation total. You can purchase one additional pass by contacting our office to add the additional pass to your reservation. Linens, and a starter set of toilet paper, trash bags, and kitchen soap are provided. You will need to bring extra of these items, along with coffee filters, seasonings, and don't forget the beach towels.
Clear policies are in place, including the age requirement, photo ID at check-in, and provisions for pets. Dogs are welcome, subject to a non-refundable $225 pet fee per pet, allowing for up to two dogs.

The check in process was easy and convenient. Communication was outstanding. The condo needs to be updated however. The stove cooked slow, the kitchen is tiny, the toilets flushed with little water, balcony needs paint. However, the location was awesome! Beach access great, and sports an elevator and luggage carts! Pet friendly! I would stay again for sure!

Bed in main bedroom was very comfy and unit was spacious. Couches were worn and in need of a cleaning. TV in living room was way too small. Would have been nice to have some type of coffee available, at least a couple pods or some filters.

Fun time at beach condo

We had a great time at the beach condo. It’s steps from a beautiful white sand beach. We enjoyed the heated pool. The condo was comfortable and well decorated.

Perfect location

This condo is in a perfect location, easy access to the beach and within walking distance of may restaurants and shops. We loved the view of the ocean while sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. There was plenty of room for our party of 6 and 2 little dogs. The only suggestions I have would be the need for some new pots and pans, they really were not fit for cooking in. Overall, we loved the condo and the location and would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Perfect spot. Walking distance to many food places, shops, the beach, and entertainment. Plenty of room for family, two full bathrooms, washer/dryer in condo, and comfy beds. Balcony is perfect to sit and enjoy your coffee, or listen to the band at the Hangout after dinner. Great view.

The condo is on the 2nd floor with a view of the Gulf. There are adequate chairs and tables on the balcony but the balcony is in disrepair, chipped paint, outside door frame all rusted, tape on screen door. The interior of the condo has low ceilings with watermarks in the kitchen. The wall you first see upon entering had drywall compound covering it and had not been painted. The microwave makes a terrible sound when used. The sliding doors to the balcony did not lock, property management came and fixed one of the two, we put a piece of wood in the track of the other. I would not recommend this rental unless significant repairs and upgrades are done.

Great Location!!!

This was a nice condo and wonderful location. We were able to sit on the balcony and listen to the music at the Hangout. There where a ton of restaurants in walking distance.

Great location!

Not only is this right on the beach, it’s just a couple of blocks from the Hangout, restaurants, ice cream and shopping. The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed.

Great View!

This is a very nice unit, with a great view of the gulf! Lots of beds - great for a large family. Well cared for and updated interior. Comfortable furnishings, great place. The complex is a bit older, has a pool (not heated), no hot tub and no other amenities. Also, be sure to bring EVERYTHING you need - salt, pepper, soap, shampoo, trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, TP, etc.

We loved our stay here, two years in a row. We loved the updated colors and decor. We had a great view, great parking . Did I mention , we were close to “Everything “. I would definitely recommend this condo.

This condo was close to everything in gulf shores. Could use a little sprucing up but was a fine place to stay for the week. We had a great time!

Great stay.

Overall we were very happy with this unit! Cute place and extremely convenient to the beach and everything else! Indoor living furniture wasn’t super comfortable, but the bed was great! Upstairs neighbors were extremely loud, but we chose not to complain. Recommend bringing salt, pepper, coffee pods or filters, and any other cooking spices if you think you’ll need them. Would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay; Allows large dogs

Communication was excellent; Check-in was a breeze; place was clean and the extras provided were more abundant than the usual—-such as laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, plenty of towels and bedding; all the entrances to the units are outside—there is not a building you go into; there’s elevators and stairs; the units and balconies are at an angle allowing for more units to have full on ocean view; it’s only 3 story’s tall if I recall —so it you’re looking for that high rise ocean view this is not the place for you; but I particularly loved being on the 2nd floor and having a full ocean view while also feeling closer to beach level; since this is always a big question I want to know—-the bedrooms and bathroom are towards the street side of the condo—so no bedroom ocean views—only balcony, living room, dining area and some from the kitchen—-but these are all one large open area so it’s not like anything is blocked off -it just that the glass doors placement makes the view easier to see from the living room and dining room; I loved that the place had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms -as usually a 2 bedroom only comes with 1 bathroom; the master bedroom had a king bed and attached bathroom; the 2nd bedroom had a full-size bed and bunk beds with the bottom one being full size and the top twin; 4 of us and 1 dog stayed here and we had plenty of room; the 2nd bathroom is in the hallway as well as a laundry area with stacked washer and dryer; the living room also had a sofa bed; if you want a location with everything nearby this is the place —food -groceries-shopping-Waffle House 💕, places to hang out-it is in the mix of all of that; we all loved the decor; we also loved that this unit had no weight or breed restriction on dogs so we were able to bring our larger size dog (so many that allow dogs have weigh restrictions of only 25 or 30 lbs once you read the fineprint-our dog is a good 75 lbs); there’s not a huge space to walk your dog for potty breaks but there is definitely enough and clean up bags are provided by a trash can; we loved this place and will definitely stay again!
