** Please Note: Building improvement projects are scheduled at Caribbean from mid-October through mid-December 2026, weather permitting, and will include exterior painting, stairwell door repairs, pool resurfacing, and balcony work. Guests can expect daytime construction noise, workers and equipment on property, temporary access or parking limitations, and a temporary closure of the pool, spa, and pool deck during part of the project.

Gulf Shores is a family-friendly town situated on the Gulf of Mexico, known for its beautiful white sand beaches, warm climate, and abundant outdoor recreational activities. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

Policies:
1. Check-in is 4pm | Check-out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Dog Friendly, up to 75lbs - Limit 2, (pre-registration fees apply).
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

We also stayed at the Caribbean last Summer, but selected a smaller unit this year. The reservations, payment arrangements, and communication with everyone was great. We loved the beach view from our living room and balcony. We knew in advance parking might be an issue, but we were able to find a spot the entire week.

Stayed Christmas week. Stunning views of the ocean, from the beachfront condo balcony. The proximity to the beach was perfect. The condo was very recently updated and it was beautiful. Communication with management company was easy as well as check in and check out. Will definitely keep this on my list of properties to rent again.

Great place and location

Beautiful condo, exactly as shown online. Bed and pillows very comfy. Location was great. Parked in overflow since parking lot so small, but felt the vehicle was safe. Condo very clean, decor nice and the views are amazing. Thank you!

We were beyond satisfied with this condo! It was immaculately clean, freshly updated & decorated, and was in a wonderful location away from the bustle of popular spots in town. The complex is smaller, so parking was never an issue. Both restrooms in the unit are a bit narrow but still fully functional and clean. Also, the bunk bed nook gets quite warm through the night, so I would might suggest bringing a small fan for that area if you book. Kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. And all of the seating in living room was comfy and clean. Definitely a 10/10 on this unit!
