Enjoy our cozy studio one step from the ocean. Located within walking distance of all the restaurants, pubs, and bars that the area is famous for. It is equipped with everything you need for a simple, carefree vacation. Here you’ll find a queen-size bed, a kitchenette sporting your cooking basics, a bathroom kitted out with shampoo, and towels as well as all the essentials needed to stay sanitary. We supply beach towels, umbrellas and chairs (first come first serve).

Our home is right in the heart of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea 15 minutes to the famous Las Olas Boulevard and 20 minutes to the Everglades cruise port Fort Lauderdale.

Perfect place to kick back and relax with everything you need to enjoy the best of what the area has to offer.

Great Spot for The Beach

The place was very clean. Access to the beach is excellent. Just across street. Very quiet. Price was pretty reasonable.

Quick LBTS Visit

I stayed here for 2 nights and my room was impeccably clean. I had a studio room with a full bed and kitchenette - it was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with management ahead of time, and the check in/out process was a breeze. I also appreciated having a beach chair to use! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay At short distance of the beach

Appartement is located in an quiet area. The room was nice and had all necessities for an agreeable stay. Communication was great with Marjorie, also her flexibility for an earlier check in was much appreciated.It was a big plus for us.Thanks very much!!!

Convenient to all

Great place ! Met the owners on premises They are very nice and accommodating to any questions. Place is clean and cute Walking distance to all …. Beach, restaurants, shops, Walgreens etc. There is golf cart rentals walking distance with daily rates. Located by Walgreens

Lauderdale by the Sea review

It was cute, clean and convenient. We loved that we could walk right up to the beach, which was only 2 blocks away. We found that we could also walk up to all the cool and delicious restaurants and shops just a few blocks north of us as well. Anytime we had a question, we just texted and got an answer right away. We will definitely be returning in the future and we have already recommended to our friends.

Good location to beach and town

Studio room was super clean and just as described. Good for short stay since there is no place to unpack. Kitchenette is fine for small quick breakfast but little workspace. Table is good for 1 person. The outside area is great. Shaded with a few larger tables. The owners even hosted a wine night for the renters. They are so nice. Location is short walk to beach and town.

Great Short Stay

Very clean. Super clean. Great find. Exactly what you see in pictures and listing. Charming space. Great location. Walking distance to everything. 1 block away from beach. Tons of restaurants , cafes, and delis. Generous amount of paper goods for guests. Perfect for a brief stay for a couple. Finding parking at night can get a little tough only because some people don’t follow rules.

Could not breathe in the room!! Nauseous from strong odors

Upon entering the room we were overwhelmed by the air freshener. We unplugged it but the entire room reeked. We tried to air out the room and went to sleep. We woke up nauseous. We had to have the windows open and Dan on just to make it through the night. Management offered to change the sheets but I advises even after airing the room out we were knocked over by the strong smell in the entire room. Since we were literally getting sick in the room, we didn’t stay another night, didn’t get refunded and had to pay change fees to switch out flights. Furious… trip was ruined.

There was absolutely no problem with this room, it is clean and sanitize as usual and we have never received any complaints regarding odors. We tried to find solution with the guest but nothing we could offer was considered. They just wanted to live and get refunded. Daniel, don't forget to write that you threatened me saying you will put awful reviews and you called your bank and denied your stay to get your money back!

Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and shops

The main purpose for choosing this property was for walkable (2 short blocks!) beach/town access, as we returned our rental car after spending the previous week in Key Largo. More restaurants and fun concentrated in such a small area, and only a few miles from the airport! The room was clean, and a great place to stay for 2 or 3 nights. Slight pet odor(though no pets allowed) in bathroom area only..Adding a portable folding luggage rack would help, especially as women tend to carry larger suitcases.. There were 2 smaller mid-century modern curved chairs, but not good for holding larger straight bags.. Beach chairs, etc, another plus! Cute kitchen area (no counter space) with mini fridge (freezer definitely needs defrosting) coffee maker, microwave.. Not a real stove, but a twin plug in hot plate sort of set up.. However, we were able to make breakfast. Loved the privacy location, room upstairs and situated further back from the main road. Cozy shaded patio for lovely happy hour gatherings. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to friends passing through!

Amazing stay

Perfect place to stay for two nights. Walking distance to the downtown area was amazing and the host was perfect!

NICE, CLEAN, FRIENDLY

SMALL, NICE PROPERTY, WALKING DISTANCE TO BEACH. NO POOL BUT THEY HAD BEACH CHAIRS AND BEACH TOWELS FOR OUR CONVINIENCE.
