Located literally 80 steps to beautiful ocean water, beach, delightful broadwalk FREE PARKING SPACE inside the condominium , paid washers/dryers in building. The comfort of your home away from home all contained in a clever layout. You have a sleeping and living room all in one. The kitchenette for light cooking is in a separate space as is the bathroom .Drop leaf table & stools for dining, desk and chair. Towels, linens, silverware, dinnerware, beach chairs,umbrella. paid washers/dryers in building,
free designated parking space. Recently renovated large swimming pool.But best of all you'll be a 30 second walk away from beautiful ocean waters, beach, delightful broadwalk.

Loved this little place!! All the art work on the walls is so cute! So close to the beach and broad walk. It’s a great location. Very quiet area. I will be back next year.

Beautiful clean place in a awsome location.

I will DEFINITELY be back to this place. The host was wonderful and it was in a perfect location. The pool was clean and an added extra to the beautiful beach. I would recommend this to anyone.

Loved it was so close to beach. I have problems walking and it was close enough for me to see 8 beautiful sunrises. Loved my stay. Also has beach chairs and umbrella for beach. Would recommend

Small, but great location!

Busy eclectic decor, clean, quite small. Couldn't ask for a better location! Careful if you have allergies, the host has tons of air fresheners... as soon as we put those outside, the air was breathable and it was a great stay!

Awesome!

We had a great time! The place was perfect for the two of us. Close to the beach and the activity. I recommend this place as a great vacation spot!! I will be staying again. Sonia is great and fast to respond when questions arise!

Great location

The location is great. It’s only 2 minutes walk to the beach, the place has beach umbrellas and chairs which made our stay at the beach better! The place is cozy and the bed is comfortable, we did not stay at the place too much since we were out all the time, but is perfect for a short and long stay! We had some issues understanding the location of the place but we found it quick. The host is great and flexible with check in/ out times. I’d definitely stay here again!

Cute and Clean

This was such a cute little place. Sonia is very creative and did a great job decorating. My only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t heated but that’s by no fault of hers. I would stay here again.

Perfect Little Stay

Great property! Had everything we needed and was literally half a block from the beach. Loved that it was on the north side of Hollywood Beach. Close enough to walk to where all the activity is, but far enough away from it to relax and unwind. The beach area is a lot quieter also on that side. Bed was really comfortable. Absolutely no issues and would definitely stay again!

Construction in process

The apartment was nice with all amenities and close to beach. . However, the bed was not comfortable and there was construction going on every morning at 8 a.m. right outside our window. Once construction is finished and with an upgraded mattress, this will be a perfect vacation getaway.

Short but great stay!

My husband and I booked this condo for our lazy beach honeymoon in March 2020. We only got to stay 2 days due to the pandemic and concerns that domestic flights were going to get landed. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. We honestly didn’t need a lot of space since the plan was to mostly spend time in the beach. We have rebooked this spot for a honeymoon 2.0 for next year in our two year anniversary. The owner was answered all of our questions and was very helpful through the whole booking process. The condo itself was clean and was in a perfect location for what we wanted.

Cozy studio steps from the beach

We are south Florida regulars and have stayed and numerous quarters during our visits, and this little gem was a pleasent surprise. If you are familiar with the area, it is steps from the beach and at the quiet north end of the broadwalk. You can walk to the park to the north, or down to the south end for all the nightlife. The condo is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. While the interior is "cozy" it's very comfortable and plenty of room for two. We needed nothing and enjoyed every minute of the stay. Combined with the friendly responsiveness of the owner, I would definitely stay here again. (I've certainly paid more for worse lol)

As described

This unit was exactly as described and met my needs perfectly. I had no issues during my stay. The check in info was provided prior to my arrival, the unit was clean & well equipped. I sat outside, reading my book, and socialized with others -- some perm residents and other vacationers like myself. Everyone was very friendly. The location is great, it's with in walking distance but is a on the quiet end of the broadwalk - so you aren't disturbed with beach nightlife. I would stay in this unit again. Thank you, Sonia, for being a great host!

Perfect apartment in the middle of a construction site

We didn't stay due to the building being renovated. The owner was kind enough to cancel and refund our stay when we contacted her. The apartment itself is exactly as described, small but cozy and the location is perfect for beach access. But we didn't want to spend our short vacation listening to drilling and hammering. Pool wasn't available either and parking spot had a construction van blocking the access. Evidently the owner had been informed that only painting is still going on. Had we known about this in advance, we would have done other plans. Once the construction is finished, I wouldn't hesitate to book it again. I just think we should have been informed what to expect.
