This slopeside, top-floor, corner residence features a light and bright great room with wall-to-wall windows, vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, a guest bedroom with twin-over-twin bunk beds plus a separate twin bed, designer furnishings with fun, retro and mountain finishes, a gas fireplace and washer/dryer.
Guests will enjoy sweeping mountain views from the terrace and the convenience of staying in The Village at Northstar, steps from Northstar California ski resort, dining, shopping, skating, movies and more.
Village at Northstar guests staying in a junior suite through four-bedroom residence receive complimentary parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is on a first-come, first-served basis when vehicles are on the property and are not guaranteed.
Reservations include a mandatory Damage Waiver Fee which covers accidental damage up to $3,000 dollars. Report all accidents and damage prior to check out so necessary repairs may be scheduled. This Damage Waiver does not cover deliberate, intentional, or negligent damage.

Amazing Location & Beautiful Condo

Our family had an amazing experience at this location! Warm and comfortable layout with plenty of space. Great views. Perfect location to all amenities. Thank you for a relaxing getaway!

Great apartment in good location

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this spacious apartment. Plenty of room and well equipped. The pool are gets kind of busy (but it was height of the summer).

Staying at IHS - Northstar

The location is really good and the place was really clean, the only thing was that the tv system is kind of outdated it could use an update to Apple TV or smart tv, other than that all good… we also extended our stay for one additional night.

Wonderful

Very clean unit with beautiful views. The resort was quiet while we were there which meant there weren’t too many shops or restaurants open but we didn’t mind.

Better Then Expected

While searching for a property for a little get away I came across this property. The photos showed an amazing property but when we got there it was better then expected. There was plenty of room for the 5 adults that were there and provided a relaxing atmosphere that we were looking for.

Great family vacation

We were with our adult kids/ spouses and grandkids for a family vacationin Tahoe. Our son and daughter-in-law don't have kids and like their own accommodations. This unit was perfect for them. The rest of us with down a floor so we could easily get us together. Unit was beautiful, clean and well appointed. Great location on Northstar village. Close to Truckee, Olympic Village, great hikes, and beautiful Lake Tahoe. We had a great family vacation.

Pre Xmas family ski getaway

Property was as described. Great location. Could do with updating AV options, disappointed with no Apple TV or Smart TV. This is expected in a high end rental. A few more glasses are needed, only 1 champagne glass, a broken toaster & no kettle. All relatively small stuff, just attention to detail from the units property manager. But overall we had a lovely trip in a nice unit.

Very nice property

The property was as clean and elegant as advertised. We found it both peaceful and inviting. We really liked that the kitchen was fully stocked and attention was given to even the small things such as providing laundry detergent. To make it even better, we might suggest checking the in-room safes to ensure that they are not left in the locked position thereby rendering them useless for incoming guests (we informed the manager but it was not corrected). Also, the smoke alarm near the kitchen is extremely sensitive to oven use. It triggered 3 times when we used it - once before we had placed anything in it; twice more when checking and removing the food. There was no smoke; it seemed to trigger from the heat. Other than that, it was a wonderful place that we’d like to visit again.
