On-site you and your guests will enjoy access to a variety of resort-style amenities including a shared, seasonally heated pool, fitness room, shared gas grills, and an outdoor dining area.

Conveniently located right on the Gulf of Mexico and just moments away from the Shipwreck Island Waterpark, one of the area's most popular waterparks, entertainment is right outside your door. The Gulf World Aquarium is three miles southwest where you can enjoy a wonderful afternoon interacting with dolphins. Pier Park is the hot spot for shopping in Panama City Beach and it’s only four miles west! And for additional dining, shopping, attractions, Front Beach Road is brimming with restaurants and more for you to easily enjoy.

THINGS TO KNOW
While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 15.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
