Great overall with the except the elevators. There were two instances when no east side elevators were working. Had to walk up 8 flights. The condo was very nice.

Good Stay

We enjoyed the condo. The view of the ocean was wonderful and the proximity to the beach was good as well. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because the swimming pool was a disappointment. It was very small and with double red flags for 2 days, there were a lot of people wanting to use the pool.

Thank you for your review! We are so glad you enjoyed the condo, the beautiful ocean view, and the easy beach access. We understand your disappointment with the pool. Unfortunately, the pool size is determined by the resort and is outside of our control. We can certainly understand that when double red flags are flying and the Gulf is closed to swimming, the pool becomes much more crowded than usual. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Amazing location and view

Well managed beachfront condo with a balcony and amazing view. Chair and umbrella rental available. Pool is great. No gym or fitness center, in spite of what listing says. Parking is restricted and traffic in the area is terrible.

Aquavista Resort

We booked our trip just a few weeks before we actually left. I felt the price was extremely fair compared to other places. It was a smaller building with beach homes on each side which helped greatly with the beach and pool population. Very roomy, clean, and all around nice with an excellent view. I have zero complaints. We will be back in the future for sure !
