The Beals Loft is a one of a kind experience located in the center of Downtown Columbia! This Modern 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Loft is located on the 2nd floor of newly completed Lofts at Beals on 9th. This Loft is our Signature Unit with 50 ft. of 9th St. Frontage, 3 Balconettes, Full Kitchen, High End Finishes and Premium Locationon 9th St. in the center of Columbia's Downtown District. Located only one block from MU's Campus, steps from Shakespeare's and next door to Booches!

Great location

This property was perfect for our stay. We were visiting our college kids. Place was clean and well stocked. Perfect location to all the downtown Columbia bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again

MIZZOU weekend

Perfect, location, clean, well maintained for a weekend in Columbia. Never needed our car and had a great time visiting our daughter at MIZZOU.

Perfect weekend

This is the second time that we’ve stayed in this place and it never disappoints. It’s clean and there’s always so many amenities that are even there when you forget your shampoo or anything. For the type of trip that we try to do every couple years which is live down memory lane this place is perfect. Location is easy to get to campus that we love to stroll and the restaurants we loved to dine at. Will definitely be back! Thanks Cory. Cheers

Excellent Loft

We had a great stay! Loft was comfortable & clean. Fantastic location in the heart of downtown Columbia. Host was informative & responsive. Plenty of towels, linens, amenities, etc. - made for an easy stay. Would definitely stay again.

We came down on Thursday- Saturday and Cory’s place was fantastic and the location was perfect for walking around town and campus. I highly recommend staying here

Great stay in downtown como!

Cory was very easy to work with as far as check in and check out procedures. The loft is in a great location, convenient to downtown activities. An easy walk to restaurants/ bars, campus, East campus. Would definitely stay again!

Best Location in CoMo

Had a great stay. Unit was everything it indicated except that one room did not have a second bed as was indicated in the write up. Unit was very clean, with lots of room and all the nice extras that the better VRBO units have. Location was unbelievable. Downtown on 9th street close to everything. We will stay there again.

Best spot in CoMo

We loved this property! So close to everything in downtown & campus, super convenient. Besides the location the host is amazing. Super responsive and they have thought of everything in this property. Extra fans, noise machines in each bedroom, waters in fridge, chocolates, and more. We would stay here again for sure. We will be back!

Perfect for Mizzou visit

Family stay for long football weekend. Had a great time. It's downtown so expect some noise from the street but wasn't anything that impacted our stay. Kids had fun standing in the balcony and talking to the crowds on the sidewalk.

Fantastic Loft, Great Location

This loft is beautiful and is super-clean! We parked our car once and walked everywhere, dozens of restaurants, bars and shops within a three block radius in any direction. Short walk to campus. Our host Cory was very friendly and a great communicator. Highly recommended!
