Private Pool oasis in back yard and music room complete with a beautiful Grand Piano.
Great open space in the living areas and kitchen. All bedrooms have televisions as well if you want to just stay in bed! You won't want to leave the house! But, everything is super close as well.

Another Great Spring Break!

Lida's property is one of the best! Our family really enjoyed our week in Austin. The location, space, pool, everything was fantastic.

Family Thanksgiving in Austin 2022

We had an absolutely wonderful visit and really enjoyed the house. It was everything we thought it would be, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well suited for our group we had no trouble preparing a full Thanksgiving dinner. The backyard was beautiful unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate for us to enjoy it more however the pool was heated so we did get chance to use it. By far our favorite VRBO to date.

Comfy house with pool

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The beds were comfy with nice sheets. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor space and pool were great for relaxing.

Spring Break in Austin

The family enjoyed a great week in ATX. Pool was awesome and we had plenty of space. Communication was great, would definitely recommend.

Our top VRBO rental ever

My spouse and I agreed that this was our favorite VRBO we've ever stayed in. The house is beautiful and spacious inside and out including an amazing, nicely landscaped yard with a pool. The owner, Lida, has thought of and prepared for every need a traveler could have. She was great to work with and checked in to make sure we were safe during a tornado warning! The house was spotlessly clean. We thought we wouldn't be able to use the pool due to cool temperatures in Austin but the pool was heated to a perfect temperature (my daughter swam even when the outdoor temp was in the high 50's). We liked the quieter neighborhood setting but we could walk to a grocery store, restaurants, a food truck park/area. Austin's main attractions were all within a 20 minute or less drive. This was a bit of a splurge for us and we felt like it was worth every penny!

Great place in Austin!

We traveled down with our two kids and loved staying at this home. The pool was great as was the layout of the home. There is a grocery store just a few blocks away which was convenient. There are also a lot of good restaurants on Manor which is about 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again and the communication with Lida was fantastic.

Great house in great part of Austin

My family and I had a blast at this house this week. Lida was very responsive and mad etht check in process seamless. The heated pool hit the spot given the chilly weather and the pool area was perfect for happy hour. We would highly recommend it and would love to return some day.

Don’t Tell!!!

We loved this place. Just like the pictures, even better. Furnishings and decor just fantastic. The main bathroom is the best. The great room with kitchen was so comfortable and well appointed. Bedrooms were comfortable. The piano and the heated pool were the hits of the weekend. I really didn’t want to let anyone know how great it is, because we want it all to ourselves!

Great location in Austin, Texas!!!

My family and I decided to to go on a getaway in Austin,Texas. I found Lida's place and it was everything we wanted and more. I even took my 80 year old mom who doesn't get around very well but she was very comfortable here. Lida had everything we could possibly need for our trip in her home. The artwork around the house was amazing. You can tell Lida put allot of thought into making sure her guest felt right at 🏡. Definitely a great pick.

Family getaway

Very nice well-appointed home. Loved the concrete floors. Great location. Super hot outside so the pool was our go-to. Did a lot of cooking and found everything we needed.

Favourite rental ever!

We were lucky enough to stay at Lida’s place for 10 weeks while in between properties and we couldn’t have felt more at home. It’s a beautiful place, perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need inside, and an amazing pool outside to cool off from the Texas sun. Lida is an incredibly friendly, thoughtful and responsive host who made sure our every need was covered. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Felt like being a welcome guest in someone's home.

The house was impeccably clean, updated, thoughtfully stocked and more than we expected. The relaxing outside area and pool were comfortable and the water was a perfect temperature. There were even pool toys and towels provided. The host was friendly, responsive and seemed to genuinely want to be helpful from before we booked through the visit. The house was stocked with generous extras like fresh flowers, a large number of k-cups and plenty of toiletries. I especially appreciated friendly helpful notes anywhere there could be a question. The house was conveniently located for groceries, gas and carryout food. Some VRBO's feel like you are staying in a house designed for vacation rentals. This felt like borrowing someone's home.

Felt right at home

If you enjoy staying in someone's home and not just a "rental", this is the place for you. Very clean, well-appointed home with a very responsive owner. Lida was great anytime we needed anything. Her place felt both like a vacation and a place we could cook a nice meal, work from home, or cozy up and watch a movie. We enjoyed the quirky art, the pool, and the piano. We will be back!

Wonderful stay in Austin

Our trip to Austin was awesome in no small part because of Lida and our stay at her rental property in Mueller. The home was big, clean, and had great character. The outdoor space with pool was a nice place for us to lounge and there were plenty of amenities in the house. Lida was very attentive and often responded to any questions we had pretty quickly over text or phone. I would highly recommend a stay at Lida's house.

As wonderful as advertised!

This wonderful house was exactly as advertised. Clean! Well supplied with everything you need, with additional touches of fresh flowers, drinks in the fridge and even a bottle of wine! Top it off with all the COVID cleaning necessities made us super comfortable during our stay. The heated pool was lovely especially because the weather turned chilly. The house is walkable to a few large parks and several places that offer take out. We would definitely rent it again if get the opportunity to come back to Austin.

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

The house is fabulous, you can’t beat the location and Lida is amazing! Everything was better than expected and the pictures do not do it justice. Lida has thought of every little detail so you want for nothing! The kids spent every free second they had in the pool and did not want to leave...well none of us did! Oh and that bathtub is to die for. Your sure to relax, unwind and get in some me time in it. We will definitely be coming back the next chance we get. Hopefully sooner rather than later!

Exceeded expectations

The owner of this home absolutely loves her home. She has an eye for detail and hospitality like no other. I’m a super picky person about cleanliness, but this owner has that component down to an art. This home is fun and enjoyable. Very Austin like vibe and ideal location to anything that you could want to do. Nice to feel like a local again. Beautiful outdoor area.

Fabulous

From the moment we opened the front door we knew that this house was perfect. We stayed for 25 nights. Lida is a wonderful property manager. The pictures we saw on the listing where just what the house looked like currently. The extra care to make sure we where comfortable such as beautiful flowers, drinks, bowl of candy and a spotless house. The pool area is great for adults and our 3 year old grandson loved it. The pool towels, floats, noodles and comfortable outside furnishing allowed us to enjoy our time outside. The house is very clean and is very well stocked with any thing you need. The beds are very comfortable, the baths have great showers, the kitchen Is spacious with a huge refrigerator and we loved the Xmas lights. We found the neighborhood to be very safe, great places to walk and stores/restaurants are close by. We would highly recommend staying at this house. Lida was just a text away if we had a question. We hope to return for another stay n the future.
