Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath home with custom furnishings. Private beach with piers to accommodate your boat. Complete outdoor kitchen overlooking "The Chain"! . All stainless steal appliances. Samsung washer and dryer included. Paddle boat, kayak, and sand toys included! All bedrooms have large picture windows that look out to the fountain in the water. You are just a few feet from your private beach in the back yard! You can relax in the claw foot bathtub or shower in an all glass surround shower with waterfall shower head. Inviting backyard

We had a wonderful week’s stay at Waylon’s VRBO. The house was comfortable and had plenty of room for us…four adults and a toddler and an infant. The backyard with the sandy beach and water was perfect for us, as was the huge deck area with the outdoor kitchen.

Summer get away

Loved the house and the proximity to the Chain of Lakes. The house had numerous outdoor activities to keep us all busy. Really a gem of a property for all ages.

Chill spot

My brother and his friends just wanted a relaxing time away from the city so we tried this location and it was a good time. Very quiet and relaxing spot . Owner is cool and if you need anything he gets back to you right away .

You could not find a better home . Everything you could possibly need is furnished. Great sandy and swimming beach and very safe for children. We have gone to several places over the years and my grandchildren told me this is tops

Outdoor fun! Something for everyone!

This rental went smoothly from start to end, we had 10 people(6 adults and 4 kids). Everyone had a bed and slept well after all that outdoor activity.

Great amenities, location, and host!

This house was perfect for a long weekend with our group of 6 adults and one toddler. Outside provided great access to the water, privacy, and anything you could ask for- games, water sports, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, etc. The house itself is a beautiful construction, and also has all the amenities, technology, and more that we could have thought of. We had a chance to meet the host who was very friendly and gave us some local tips too. Thank you and would recommend!

U.S. Navy graduation

We are a military family coming from Texas and attended my son's graduation from the U.S. Navy boot camp. The house was not too far or too close from the base which we liked. We all enjoyed our stay at the house. It's beautiful and plenty of stuff to do for the kiddos. I just wished it was in a warmer weather. Waylon was great and very understanding. Thank you Waylon!!!

Wonderful relaxing escape

The property is wonderful. We had a blast on all the included lake toys The Kayak's. canoe, paddle boat etc. The inside was immaculate and so very cool. Waylon really made a wonderful family and pet friendly retreat. We will be back again soon!! Thank you Waylon!!

Awesome family vacation!

This is a beautiful home in a nice location with a very accommodating owner, who was available for anything we needed. Both adults and grandkids had a great time, no need to go anywhere else with the abundance of water toys, great outdoor space, private, beach, and games. We will be back!

Thanksgiving stay!!

Our family and friends had a wonderful time. We cooked a full thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The place is very cozy and the backyard had all the toys to entertain kids and adults. I definitely recommend this place!

Great Getaway

Relaxing lakefront house. It was perfect for our in-week getaway. Quiet, serene setting with plenty of amenities. Owner Waylon was very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to a future stay!

Hidden Gem

This house is all that was written and more! The house was clean and fully stocked with whatever was needed. Water toys were there for us to use. This is house is the only one that has a beach. The fountain is beautiful to watch and keeps the area clean. Waylon was able to answer any questions quickly. I highly recommend this paradise and will be returning.

Great Stay!

We celebrated our parent’s 60th birthday with our family for a long weekend and had a great time! Waylon was a great host and provided so many great amenities for our stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and backyard/porch was probably our favorite part! Bonus.. we were able to bring our dogs, which is very hard when loving for a place to stay! We would recommend to anyone and hoping to visit again!

Great house. Love the deck and back yard space

House was very clean. Appreciate the dish and laundry soap, shampoo, paper towels etc. loved the outdoor seating, fire pit, and water stuff. Beds were great.

Lake House

We had a great stay for my sisters Bach party. The owner responded very timely and even let us check in a few hours early. Would recommend!

Our group really enjoyed our stay! The owner was very helpful and answered any questions we had quickly. The property was clean, prepped, and the backyard setup is where we spent most of our time.

Great location, awesome property

The location on the channel was great. Loved the paddle boat, fire pit, bags, kids toys, sand play area, dock, outdoor patio/kitchen. Inside was very nicely furnished and the decor was cool. Lots of items were provided in the kitchen and bathrooms. Waylon was fantastic at giving suggestions/help. Would highly recommend this property for families.

Perfect Get-A-Way Home

Quiet neighborhood and beautiful property. The house was spotless and all was very comfortable. Waylon was available when needed and such a great guy. Would definitely rent from him again. You won’t be disappointed!!

Great Vacation Spot on the Chain O'Lakes!

The home was very clean and well stocked with anything you need to enjoy your stay. The channel location gives this home a great quiet water front with easy access to the main lake (Lake Marie). We brought a boat and were very impressed with the nice new dock. Our young son loved the beach area and back yard. The home has many features to enjoy both inside and out. We will definitely be booking again in the future.
