Are you looking to wake up to the perfect sunrise every morning?

Wake up to a gorgeous sunrise, a fresh ocean breeze and the sounds of the waves washing up on shore. This charming 5 bedroom knotty pine beach house has two walk-out porches with magnificent views that face the ocean, boardwalk and the strolling beaches. This house has a renovated kitchen and dining area as of 2007 with Sub-Zero appliances, lots of cabinetry, stocked full of dishes. Enjoy a BBQ grilled meal on the patio sitting on the new furniture taking in all the sights of a beautiful beachfront.

The master bedroom has a walk out deck that faces the ocean. There are three additional bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms and plenty of closet/dresser space. One bedroom has an attached bathroom. Downstairs is the 5th bedroom with an updated bathroom across the hall. There is also a TV/game room with a convertible couch. Enjoy an open living room with comfortable furniture. This home is fully furnished with sheets, towels, pillows and blankets. There is a full laundry area downstairs with a washer, dryer, ironing board and second refrigerator.

7 Beach badges worth $740.00 are included. Bike into town for shopping, enjoy a snack at the Sea Girt boardwalk pavilion, spend a day relaxing at the beach building sand castles or reading a book. Why not try surfing, boogie boarding, sailing or deep sea fishing? Tennis courts, nestled in the woods are within walking distance. Nightlife. golfing, movies, shopping, fine dining, ice cream parlors, a neighborhood park and play structure, amusement park and large saltwater aquarium are all within close proximity. We invite you to create your own summer memories at the Jersey Shore.

Great town Great house

We randomly choose Sea Girt and the McNulty House. This is a fully appointed family home .Staying in this home on the boardwalk was like having a private beach. Boutique shopppng plus a multitude of reataurants were just a short drive. Easy communication with the owner makes for carefree stay.

Ocean Dream and serenity

Absolutely beautiful property, well cared for and just an excellent place. Location is fabulous and every amenity is there. Plush bedding, comfortable beds! Could not ask for anything else! Perfect ! And we are definitely coming back! Loved it, loved it! The ocean sounds beautiful all day, and the dolphin and whales appear right in front ! Wonderful!

Ideal Beach Escape

My family and I desperately needed a COVID restbit, and this house was wonderful. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. The house was clean, comfortable and literally steps from the Sea Girt boardwalk. The house had everything we needed -- bikes, beach gear, towels, linens, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The back deck and master bedroom porch directly face the water, just perfect to watch sunrises. Both Spring Lake and Manasquan are short bike rides away.

We couldn't ask for a more perfect place to spend a few days at the beach!

The house is well stocked with all the necessities making it very easy for us to pack and get away for some relaxing family time! The views are breathtaking and seeing dolphins swim by while enjoying my coffee was a highlight! We hope we can get back for another stay in the near future!

This house is a treasure at the Jersey Shore. We rented this home for 4 summers and we made many memories going back every year. If we hadn't bought our own home at the jersey shore, we will still be renting this beach house. It is right on the ocean and the views are spectacular and as good as it gets. It is comfortable and easy! We have 3 children and it was the perfect location for them to run back and forth to the beach and easy to go home for lunch or the bathroom. The home has a great kitchen and great bedroom space so we were able to have family visit without any problem. Once you arrive, you will not want to leave....sitting on the covered porch never gets old and watching people pass on the boardwalk is fun to see. We totally recommend this home if you want a great vacation at the Jersey shore!

Relax

It is rare to vacation in a spot that makes you feel so at home and relaxed. Maybe it's was the charm of the house, or the incredibly peaceful sunrise views, or BBQ on the patio or a nightcap on the porch. Maybe it because the house is right off the boardwalk making the trips back and forth to the beach uncomplicated especially when navigating it with kids. Close to town and local attractions and parks. Maybe it's because the renters were very accommodating and easy to work with. We even had a celebrity sighting of Tony Danza (Who's the boss -I am!). I'll be back for sure!

A true gem and perfect family vacation!

We come back to this special place year after year. It has everything you could ask for in a beach house. It is comfortable, spacious and well appointed, has a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs and toys, boogie boards, etc. You don't have to bring a thing. It is located in a beautiful spot right on the boardwalk and so close to the beach. You will absolutely love sitting on the deck and enjoying the view while you barbecue or have your morning coffee. The owners were wonderful to work with and very helpful and accommodating...great family!

A great getaway!

What a wonderful vacation we had! The house was so comfortable and spacious (it is so much larger than it looks from the outside!). We loved the location right on the boardwalk and so very close to the beach. Our three children had such a great time and loved the wide and sprawling beach. It was a treat to enjoy the ocean view while we had our morning coffee each day followed by long walks on the boardwalk. We were very much at home and enjoyed every moment of our time in Sea Girt. The house is so close and convenient to both Sea Girt and Spring Lake. Don't forget to get your Jersey corn on the way out at the farmer's market! We will definitely be returning with our family and would stay at this house again. Most grateful!

Summer To Remember

Our stay over the last week of June/ early July was delightful. Morning coffee watching the ocean surf, boats and boardwalk activity of joggers, bikers and more was the best start to the day. The summer breeze coming off the ocean lasted all day. The house was very welcoming and relaxing for us and our four children. You can't beat the view and simple walk to the beach out front. BBQing on the porch at night for dinner was also a favorite of ours. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our...

We thoroughly enjoyed our family time here at the beach house in Sea Girt. Our children loved the beach and walking to the pavillion for lunch. The town is so inviting. Thank you for a wonderful time.
