One living room sofa can fold out to a queen size bed and hold 2 guests allowing this unit to sleep 6 comfortably. The corner location on the tenth floor means that the atmosphere is very quiet and private and feels like its own resort haven with an extra light and airy feel. The 500-square foot balcony offers a gulf view and a great place to enjoy that morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail as you unwind. There are many wonderful golf courses located within walking distance of Tops'l Resort. There are walking trails and this building is located just steps from the beautiful white beaches of Destin. You will have the use of a beautiful private heated pool located next to the building or you may use the newly renovated pool located next to the beach. Both pools have hot tubs for use all year long. The resort also offers three great restaurants on the property. Because of the location, the beach feels like your own private escape.
