BEACHFRONT BUILDING!! This unit was recently professionally renovated and decorated in June 2019 and features new furniture, exquisite decor, quartz counter tops in the kitchen and baths, and breathtaking ocean views with windows galore. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large guest closet, and wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The master bath features a luxurious walk-in shower, garden jetted tub, and double-sink vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.

It features a spacious main living room and dining room connected to an open-concept modern kitchen along with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is free wifi for all your web-surfing needs. DirecTV and HBO are included on all three TVs. The living room is decorated with two white La-Z-Boy sofas featuring Sunbrella (indestructible) fabric. One living room sofa can fold out to a queen size bed and hold 2 guests allowing this unit to sleep 6 comfortably. The corner location on the tenth floor means that the atmosphere is very quiet and private and feels like its own resort haven with an extra light and airy feel. The 500-square foot balcony offers a gulf view and a great place to enjoy that morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail as you unwind. This fantastic balcony features brand new Broyhill outdoor furniture and outdoor dining set that seats six. You will not find a more tranquil beach escape than this unit!

Tops'l sits next to a nature preserve and its unique location gives easy access to bustling nightlife at the village of Baytowne Wharf, movie theatre or the shops at Grand Boulevard as well as the Silver Sands outlet stores. There are many wonderful golf courses located within walking distance of Tops'l Resort. There are walking trails and this building is located just steps from the beautiful white beaches of Destin. You will have the use of a beautiful private heated pool located next to the building or you may use the newly renovated pool located next to the beach. Both pools have hot tubs for use all year long. The resort also offers three great restaurants on the property. Because of the location, the beach feels like your own private escape. Spring Breakaway

I stayed at the property with my daughter. We joined other families for spring break. The property was beautiful and clean. There was very clear communication about all the up charges for missing key tag or make up on the towels. Security on the property was overly diligent to the point of harassing renters without cause.

We had so much fun. Condo simply beautiful. We will be visiting again . We usually go to Miramar Beach at least twice a year( for the last 5 years) and this was the best condo we have stayed in. Views are priceless. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks Mitzi for everything!

Miramar Beach in the Fall

My husband and adult children stayed at this lovely condo in October and had a wonderful time. The condo was beautifully decorated and the resort complex provided ample outdoor activities for all ages to have fun while vacationing. Everything was well maintained and people we’re friendly. The weather was perfect and we particularly loved the oversized balcony. We hope to return next year.

Couples Retreat in Destin, FL

My best friend and I planned this trip with our husbands. We haven't seen each other in 10 years! We shared so many laughs and had a wonderful time exploring the whole Destin/ Miramar area together. Mitzi is a wonderful host and her condo is absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and in a wonderful location with an AWESOME view. It is fully furnished with two useable beach chairs, bath towels, linens and a fully equipped kitchen. We only had one minor hiccup, but Mitzi was very responsive and very easy to get in touch with. Thank you Mitzi. If we ever visit the area again, your condo is the only place we would want to stay! - Lisa

Very Nice Condo

The condo was very well decorated and clean. All the furniture was very comfortable and new. The location on the beach was great and there was beach chair service available which we liked. Local restaurants were great and the host's recommendations were good. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again when we return to the area.

Great place

This is a beautifully decorated condo.we cooked breakfast every morning, kitchen has plenty of utensils, pots and pans. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony every night playing cards. We had a great time at this condo.

Great lcation, awesome views!

The unit was situated so you can see both waterways, the Gulf and the bay! The outside deck was very enjoyable, spacious and a fun place to have breakfast, dinner and cocktails! The owners did an excellent job updating the condo, we enjoyed the stay and would highly recomend to anyone!

Great getaway

The property was incredibly clean and lovely. We had a great time and enjoyed the amenities offered by Tops'l. The kids enjoyed activities by the pool, shuffleboard and mini golf. It was a short trip so it was very nice to have fun activities to do on the property. The property manager was very accessible and wonderful to work with.

Amazing Views

Lovely newly decorated condo with great views from the balcony, beautiful beach and awesome sunsets. We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. There were great restaurants in this area and lots of things to do. Mitzi is very easy to work with and gets back to you immediately if you have a question. We'e looking forward to next year.

beauty at the beach

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. Mitzi did a lovely job remodeling this condo. It felt like home. We have stayed a few times in Tops’l and this was the best. It was kind of a bummer that the balcony was under construction, but since it was January it didn’t effect us much. It was wonderful waking up every morning to that beautiful view. Other bummer was the hot tub was not working, but not owners fault. Suggestion would be to hook up the ice maker. Also, the condo was Sparse in supplies. Our stay was only a few days so we didn’t settle to in but would have been tough if we were there longer with limited supplies. Being a previous rental owner that over supplied our renters, it would have been nice to have a few more things, like a cooler or stuff for the beach. Thank you for sharing your place with us. I would book again.

Felt like home

I've owned 4 condos in the Tops'l resort over the last 17 years and I have ben honored to be able to share my homes with so many vacationers. I've raised 3 wonderful children, I'm a stay-at-home mom, and my husband and I have been so blessed to be able to own property in such a gorgeous area.

The Resort itself is incredibly private, located next to a natural preserve, but yet within walking distance to restaurants, beaches, shopping and walking trails.

This unit is only steps from the Emerald Coast beaches––taking only 3 minutes from door to sand. Each night, you'll love watching the sunset from our newly refinished 10th floor balcony. It's rare to find such a great combination of location, amenities, view, decor and privacy as this property offers.

In addition, the resort itself has 3 restaurants conveniently located on or adjacent to the property.

Convenience, beautiful beach view, privacy, and location all combine to make unit 1011 at the Tides a wonderful vacation experience

As an end unit, this property has views of not only the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches, but also the lagoon at Sandestin and the bay as well. This condo is uniquely decorated, beautifully appointed, and conveniently located.

It offers tennis courts, walking trails, pools, a hot tub, beach access, shuffleboard, pickle ball courts, an 18 hole mini golf course and a sports court with basketball, all at no charge to our guests. The building itself has just undergone a multi-million dollar renovation and is now refreshed and open to enjoy! You will love your time spent at Tops'l resort and especially this fantastic unit at the Tides building.
