Best family vacation

This condo was the absolute best we’ve been to! The first floor makes it so convenient. It was quiet, clean, and had everything you could want in a condo. We had the an amazing family vacation and can’t wait to come back again!

We love this development! Have stayed twice now and both times were fantastic! Easy pool and beach access and super easy with small children to be on the ground floor with a pool right off the back patio! Love it! We’ll be back!

Very nice condo for big family or group!

Very nice and pretty condo for our family of 7. Has everything you need! Close to pool and beach access, grocery/restaurants. Ginny and Tammi were wonderful to work with! Hope we can work it out to stay again next year!

Amazing Stay!

Loved our stay so much! First floor walkout was ideal with lots of kids including baby. Quality of patrons at condo made it so enjoyable. Pools were fantastic and beach was clean and beautiful. Lots of local restaurants to choose from. Cowhead and Stewbys were our favorites. Condo was clean, well stocked with amenities, roomy for our group of 10 and Ginny was responsive and wonderful to deal with. We will be back!! Thanks for a great stay!

The hot tub was broken for first 5 we were there. Which left us our final night to use it. The host should know that information to give the renter a heads up.

Perfect!!

Every single thing about this property is perfect! The owners are so sweet, the management team that cleans was amazing and kept us up to date the entire day of arrival, very clean unit, and just perfect for families with kids. We never wanted to leave. This is our second time at Blu and we hope to keep coming back.

Great time at the beach!

Everything was so nice! The place was well appointed and had all that we needed. Beach access was so easy and having the 2 pools right outside the apartment was wonderful. I worried that we might hear the pool activity inside the apartment, but those doors are heavy and must be soundproof because we didn't hear anything. We had a lovely time and would consider staying there again!

Awesome Place!

Wonderful place to take a vacation. Just far enough out to feel remote, yet close to everything. The property is beautiful and convenient. Great being on the first floor to walk right out to the pool and beach. Beds were comfy and plenty of room for everyone to have space of their own. We had seven in our party. Definitely would visit again and stay here.

Perfect Location

Beautiful and spacious first floor condo with access to the pool deck just off the patio. Steps to the beach. Owner is fantastic regarding communication and handled some concerns we had immediately. We would definitely return and appreciate all that she did to return items left behind.

A Beautiful Condo and Wonderful Location ❤️

We can't say enough great things about our experience this past week! Our family all came down, which included 8 adults and 2 children (3 and under). With all these people in one condo we did not feel crammed at all! We all had our own space and plenty of room to move around, even when making lunch or dinner in the kitchen and eating all together! The condo is beautiful and well maintained! I was in contact with Ginny (the owner) through out the week and she was so incredibly quick to respond and helped with any of our needs. For example the toilet seat was broken and she contacted the maintenance guy and it was fixed within 24 hours. There is staff there at the condo throughout the day maintaining the pool and keeping everything cleaned up at all times! The zero entry pool was the best for the kids and they had so much fun! Being on the first floor with a walk out to the pool made it great for convenience, but we also felt safe for the kids to be outside of the condo on the little porch because of the nice locked gate. We have gone down to Fort Walton/ Destin area for many years and stayed at various condos. This has been hands down the best place we have ever stayed! We will absolutely be returning next year! If you want a perfect condo for your whole family or your friends, THIS IS IT!

FL Family Vacation

Property was exactly as it appears on line. The ground level access to the pool from condo was perfect for our family. The kids had a great time as well as the adults. King beds in 3 of the bedroom and the bunk queens were great! Property was clean and had ample of cookware and supplies to stay in if you chose to.

Beautiful condo, great location

Pictures do not do this condo justice. We had 10 people and never felt crowded. The place is clean and beautiful. 1st floor walk out to pool was super convenient and the beach was not crowded at all, even though it was peak season. Close proximity to lots of good restaurants and entertainment. Would love to book this condo again!

Yearly Tradition

This is our 3rd year at Blu and our second in 106. We found The Blu in 2019 when they opened and fell in love with the location and amenities. It has become our permenant yearly Family vacation location. I have traveled to many beach locations in the US and Abroad and the Emerald Coast is by far the prettiest area of the Contenental US. The Blu and 106 are the cherry on top. New construction, beautiful understated decor, amazing views and amenities make this the absolute best of the best.

Amazing Condo

We enjoyed our first vacation to the gulf, and our grandson’s first beach trip. The condo was perfect for our family and we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. We have already rented the unit for a return trip next year, that’s how much we liked it!

Magnificent for sure

We have been all over the world and stayed in some amazing places. This was as good as any other experience we have ever had. Our family of five enjoyed every minute of our stay. We loved the chill area of Okaloosa and the proximity to everything Destin. During our week stay we spent hours at the beach every sunny day, went golfing in Sandestin 3 times, spent half a day in Seaside, shopped at Destin Commons, enjoyed Harbortown fun, ate at Stewbys (amazing fish and shrimp tacos), Bochamps (get The Original), saw Batman movie at the IMAX theatre, Al’s Crab Trap (best coconut shrimp), the Airstream food huts and frozen bananas at Nigel’s banana at Seaside, had dessert at rolled ice cream shop, breakfast at Cracking (outrageously good breakfast), rode the 7D ride and so much more. McGuires is sooooo much fun and good food. We went 3 times! The condo has all you need. The views, sounds and location are perfect. Parking is great. Beach access is phenomenal. Included 2 beach loungers and an umbrella, plus they had beach chairs and beach fun stuff at the condo. Everything is well appointed. Pools were great, one heated and one not. The hot tub was fantastic. Safe and secure, comfy and modern, perfection!

We are the Youngs and live in Franklin, Tn. We have a 11 year old daughter and a 6 year old little boy. We came to Okaloosa Island 10 years ago on vacation and fell in love with it. We decided to purchase a condo at Waterscape and have really enjoyed it. And then we found Azure!!! Wow! And lastly, we purchased a condo here at Blu and it is our favorite.

After seeing the design of Blu and seeing what a peaceful and quiet property it was, we had to be apart of it and decided to make the move and buy a unit. Since we have small children, we were looking for a ground unit and saw 106 and knew it would be perfect for our family. It is steps away from the pool and hot tub, as well as steps to the beach! What an amazing place to get to spend family vacations each year, while creating many lasting memories with my children. We are so blessed to get to share it with others! Hope you enjoy it as much as we have!
