Azure Resort #117 ~Direct Beachfront! ~Free Beach Service! ~Fantastic Resort!

Welcome to unit #117 at Azure Resort! I'm Frank, your host for this fantastic vacation property. This beach front condo is 4 bed rooms and 3 bath (Sleeps 9-12). This is a ground floor condo with very easy access to pools and beach from the balcony. The Resort includes 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, bbq grills, fitness center, & direct beach access. Additionally, the beach service is included for free (2 chairs/ 1 umbrella)!

With this vacation rental you receive a very comfortable and nicely decorated unit. To help improve your stay we provide extra housekeeping amenities such as beach towels, laundry detergent, bath shampoos/soaps, keurig w/ starter pods, and more. I look forward to hosting your group for a beach trip!

***Important Note... For any guests considering this resort for dates between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026, please be aware that long term construction renovations will be occurring on the exterior of the building. During this period of time there will be noise, workers, and equipment. There will be no heavy noise before 7am or after 5pm. Each condo in the building is affected with direct renovations at varying scheduled dates. This specific condo will have NO BALCONY ACCESS from 8/24/2025 - 11/7/2025. The balcony windows/doors will be locked and covered with a blue semi-transparent safety film to provide some privacy from workers and to protect the glass during the balcony renovations.

***Both pools remain open until October 6th. One pool closes on that date and the other pool will close October 20th. Both pools closed Oct 20 - Dec 19.

***All current construction timelines are estimates and subject to change. I will be staying in close contact with all guests and providing regular updates.

This condominium is on 1st floor ground level with very convenient walkout to pools/beach. Even though this condo is ground floor, you still receive a very nice partial view of the ocean from the private balcony. Beach service with two beach chairs and umbrella are available each day without added charge.
