As a guest, your privacy will not be a concern as this home has an enclosed privacy fence surrounding the property. In the backyard, you will enjoy a saltwater pool, a covered lanai with sunny and shady areas, a gas grill, and an extra outdoor courtyard, perfect for a small backyard gathering.

As you enter the home, you have a large foyer, dining room, and open seating or an additional areas for an airbed Further into the home, the kitchen and family room are central to all activities. The kitchen has recently been remodeled with new stainless-steel appliances, a coffee bar, wine rack, wine refrigerator, and an eat up breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully outfitted with bakeware, pots and pans, some pantry items, supplies, and refrigerator staples. Off the kitchen, is a laundry room with all you would need to keep up with laundry and has extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies/equipment. If you use the last of any supplies, please be kind to replace with a like item.

The family room has a 42” Smart TV with a library of app’s available. Sling TV, Amazon Prime, Paramount+, Hulu, Netflix, and others. There is a smart TV in the master and another TV in the Queen bedroom.

The home is outfitted with high speed Wi-Fi accessible inside and out and has bandwidth for work tasks and streaming.

You will find this home in a family friendly neighborhood just a mile from the Gulf Coast. We are only 35 minutes from the Tampa Bay airport, and only ½ mile from the famous biking trail - Pinellas Trail that runs all the way to Clearwater Beach, about 38 miles. There are bikes available for use or you can rent your own to use. There is a bow and arrow/gun range less than a mile away, along with two golf courses nearby. Tarpon Springs Golf Course does not require a membership and is a mile away, and the famous Innisbrook Golf Resort is about 1.5 miles east.

If beaches are your thing, Clearwater Beach, a top rated is a short 30-minute drive south and offers boat tours to dolphin charters to parasailing. Madeira Beach is about 45 minutes south and located close to St. John’s Pass, a mecca of shopping and food eateries.

Other local beaches are close by, with Sunset Beach less than 3 miles away and Howard Park & Beach about 4 miles away that will rent kayaks, sand bikes, paddle boards. Enjoy your beach excursion and watch your Florida sunsets in comfort with beach chairs, beach cart, cooler available for your use. There are scuba shops in town with others in the area to assist with supplies for your diving excursion.

The world-famous Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks is only 2 miles straight north providing an array of activities. Here you can book dolphin watching excursions, deep sea fishing charters or boat tours to watch sponge divers pull up live sponges. The street is full of shops, including ice cream and pastries, sponges, specialty soaps, wine, spices and oils. You will also find authentic Greek restaurants and other eateries offering “fresh from the sea” seafood, burgers, sandwiches and salads. If just having a cold drink is on your list, there are a number of water front taverns to choose from.

Downtown Tarpon Springs, in between the house and the Docks and has more shopping and restaurants to choose from including a handful of antique and consignment stores with ever-changing inventory.

Emergency medical care is within a mile and Winn Dixie (grocery) is only a few minutes further north.

Love rides and animals?? Then make a visit to Busch Gardens Theme Park! The park is only 45 minutes away and if you are a Disney fan, that’s a bit further, about a 90 minute drive.

When you arrive, there is a binder with brochures, menus and other suggestions of places to go and things to do that has been compiled by previous guests. Their thank you cards are kept and shared as they have truly enjoyed their stay. You will be provided with amenities to get your vacation escape started with soaps, garbage bags, laundry items, coffee pods, and other items. Any other provisions would need to be provided by the guest.

Front door access is via electronic keypad and there is a keyless entry pad on the garage door.

For any maintenance issue, you just need to let us know and we will arrange the service call as needed. Landscaping and pool cleaning are conducted weekly and included in the rental rate. Garbage cans and recycle bins are provided and a schedule is provided with your rental information.

Because of the neighborhood and local compliance with the village, 45 days is currently the minimum available contract. This home is available for short term or longer-term needs, however, due to allergies, we do not allow guests to bring pets.
