We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculate and had everything you needed. Back yard is a beautiful sanctuary. Loved sitting back there just watching and listening to nature. Will definitely stay there again!!

The house was great! Location was close and easy access to the main Spongedocks area. Beds were all super soft and comfortable and the pool was nice and relaxing. Would def recommend.

We had such a great stay this weekend! The house was spotless, fully stocked with everything we needed, and the sheets were unbelievably comfortable. The private yard made it feel like a peaceful little escape—even though it’s right in a super convenient location. Everything about the stay was easy and fun. We’d absolutely come back again!

Our families had a great time here, every amenity was perfect for the kids and adults a like. Super convent to the beach, restaurants and stores. Looking forward to staying here again for our next trip.

Very well kept property

Such a beautiful home, very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were Extremely comfortable! Beach gear was such a great bonus as well. The back yard was very relaxing as well.

Weekend Getaway

Super cute property, close to the beach and plenty of food options nearby. The pool felt super nice after a long day on the beach. It was a pleasant surprise to have beach chairs and a cooler available to take to the beach.

Those house is beyond charming, beautifully decorated, clean and just absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place to enjoy the quaint area of Tarpon Springs!

Great Family Spot

Place is exactly as advertised. Location is ideal for the Tarpon Springs area and the home is very comfortable. The pool and pool accessories were a hit with the kids. I will book again when I'm back in the area.

A relaxing oasis in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Tarpon Springs and the beach! The house is beautiful, super clean and well appointed. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with quality cookware, the beds super comfortable and the amenities throughout the house to be thoughtful and plenty. Greg is a kind and responsive host. My family had a great week there and we are already missing the amazing pool. We hope to come again!

We had a wonderful stay. Really nicely decorated. Accurate to what you see in the photos. It was so nice to get tire and see it decorated with a Christmas Tree. The house has everything you could need and feels like you are walking in to your own home. Great location. Short drive to the main street by the sponge docks where there are shops and restaurants. Highly recommend Hella’s for Greek food and delicious desserts. We had a chance to get out on the water with a boat ride as well. Nice day with lots of pelicans and dolphins. Definitely would stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this vacation home for our girls trip! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. The space was exactly as described—spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfect for our small group to relax and spend quality time together.One of our favorite parts was the common areas, where we could gather comfortably for meals, games, and late-night chats. The bedrooms were cozy and gave everyone enough privacy, which made the experience even better. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to cook and enjoy meals together. The location was also a huge plus—convenient to the beach at Fred Howard Park, Honeymoon Island and Tarpon Springs, while still feeling peaceful and private. Whether we were lounging around the pool (which was amazing!) or heading out for activities, everything was easily accessible.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and made our trip extra special. We’d absolutely recommend it for small group getaways and would love to come back again in the future!
