I am happy to have you as a second time return guest. Having an open floor plan is great for friends and family get together's. Also, having a second living room upstairs as well, with great views of the river. Sitting out on the front deck, watching the river go by, is so enjoyable. We have bald eagles in this area, and I hope you were able to see them sore over the river/lake. Seeing these eagles is very majestic! Having U of O close by for an after game retreat, is a great way to relax. Thank you for being my guest! See you again soon!

Hi Kim, It was my pleasure to have you host your mothers 90th birthday celebration at my home! Spending time with family is very valuable and memorable as well. I am happy to hear, that your second visit, you had an excellent time! Yes, this is the best fishing right here on the lake. Leaburg Lake is known for its recreational purposes, paddle boarding, kayaking, and small fishing boats. With a picturesque view of the lake, it is nice to relax and have drinks on my 47' sundeck overlooking the well renowned McKenzie River. University of Oregon and home of Nike, is well know for their football games. You can enjoy my house for an after game evening. It is truly a pleasure to have you and your friends, enjoy my home. Hi Bren, It was a pleasure to have you as my guest at my home on the McKenzie. I hope you enjoyed kayaking on the lake, and used the boat launch ramp located 1/4 of a mile from my home. Due to the topography of my property, with a very steep embankment, it is problematic to reach the water. Also, it is written in my property description. For the comfort of all of my guests, I have a 47' sundeck and there are deck chairs available, which you had used. My house is all windows, with views from every room, including the dining room as well. To dine in comfort with a beautiful view of the well renowned McKenzie River. This view extends all the way up river and down river. I strive for cleanliness of my home, including using hot water and hot drying temperature for the dishwasher, which has caused the cutlery knives to oxidize. I have a well stocked kitchen, with cookware and spices for cooking and barbecuing. My house is a 3088' sq ft home with two (2) large living rooms. One upstairs and the second one downstairs with a open floor plan. I am happy you and your family had a great time. Please return in the near future, Linda
