This custom chalet built in 2021 offers privacy on a 2 acre lot with over 300 ft of riverfront. Enjoy all of your favorite nearby outdoor activities to include: Hiking, mountain biking, fishing, river rafting or golfing. We are minutes from the Williamette National Forest and Tokatee Golf Course.

The Blue Pool trailhead is within 25 minutes.

We have three restaurants and two small stores within 5-10 miles upriver.

We recommend buying all food that you will need for your stay when you are in Springfield or Eugene before heading out to property. It is a 45-50 minute drive to town.

Obsedian/ McKenzie General Store (10 minutes) offers live music two to three times a week all summer.
