This historic one bedroom casita is the largest of our one-bedroom Delgado casitas and has been completely renovated from the floorboards to the roof, using ancient quarter-sawn timber salvaged from the home to create door trim, accents and to add warmth and charm throughout. It is perfectly situated on Delgado Street, just three blocks from the Plaza, and just one from Canyon Road where you will be immersed in some of the finest galleries of artwork in the entire country, allowing you to enjoy the best of Santa Fe with ease. Both the king bedroom and living room have a gas burning fireplace and the patio, accessible via the bedroom or the living room, has a wood-burning kiva fireplace. The unit has a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area, and two private patio spaces. Full A/C, WiFi, off-street parking, two flat-screen Fire TVs, stainless steel appliances, and many other amenities complete this wonderful downtown artist hideaway!

Beautiful casita

Perfectly situated casita close to galleries and the Plaza. Private, clean, and modern interior. Great home away from home. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Santa Fe!

Very nice unit and a great location

The unit on Delgado is very comfortable and exceptionally clean. We particularly enjoyed having coffee on the outdoor pation. Would stay again!

Wonderful property and centrally located

I spent 4 nights during a sudden snow storm, the outdoor patio and kiva + 2 interior fireplaces made the stay. Delgado has access to Canyon Road so it was super easy to get around. Management was very attentive and accommodating!

Great place for a couple

Fantastic location - just two or three blocks from the square. The property was perfect for our needs - a nice big living room/dining room/kitchen - with a very comfortable bedroom. When we return to Santa Fe, we will look into staying here again!

East-Side Perfection

Compared to our little Colorado mountain town, where camping, hiking, and fishing are the main options, visitors to Santa Fe have a more extensive and relatively elegant menu of activities to choose from. For us, that meant treating ourselves to luxurious accommodations as well. Because we were planning to spend time on Canyon Road this visit, we picked AdobeStar’s Delgado compound (Unit A). Bingo. With its dedicated off-street parking in the quiet, east-side neighborhood, the Delgado compound is a long block from the heart of Canyon Road and a bit under a half-mile from the downtown Plaza. Unit A has a nice-sized bedroom and a sumptuous main room with a very well-equipped kitchen – the photographs don’t really do it justice. While we had no use for the two fireplaces (it was early September, and hot), in cooler weather these would provide both heat and additional ambiance. For us, the air conditioning, with separate thermostats for the two rooms, was just right. Also just right was the en-suite bath – double sinks and a shower to die for. And, thank you very much, the place was not overwhelmed by the usual Santa Fe assortment of southwestern tchotchkes – the three tasteful paintings were just right. It’s hard to see how this could have been better.

Stayed seven nights celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The unit is located on a quiet residential street. It is secure, safe and extremely well-situated. Parking right next to the unit was super-convenient. We walked everywhere. In a week, we only had to use our car thrice: once to Abiquiu to see Georgia O’Keeffe’s home, once to go whitewater rafting south of Taos, and once to go to the opera. The unit, itself, was outstanding; clean, comfortable, and commodious. The bed was great and the shower was outstanding. The owners could have used lesser grades of appliances, furniture, dishes, etc., but they didn’t. We used the washer and dryer several times and they worked very well. I’d absolutely stay here again. The accommodations were perfect.

Your customer service is #1 - quick to respond and all the info is helpful and informative. We visited a unit in Lincoln last September (a friend was staying there) and that unit was also very nice and well-appointed. The location is really convenient. The unit was terrific! We felt right at home immediately. All the amenities are top-notch, from the bathroom soaps to the linens to the kitchen utensils to the washer/dryer. We very much appreciated the mid-stay "trash and tidy" with clean linens.

Well-appointed with perfect decor

Our stay in Delgado A was nothing short of comfortable. Everything was walkable for our long weekend of exploring Santa Fe. We love the design and decor of this unit especially the two fireplaces. When we encountered a small issue lighting one of them, they sent a rep right away. I would hands down stay again! It was perfect for my 40th getaway with my husband. So clean, too with standard amenities provided.

Thanks for your help during our stay. We loved the two fireplaces on the cool November nights. We loved walking everywhere and exploring Santa Fe right from our unit. Super clean and high-end accommodation. We loved the decor and design of this unit. It’s cozy and well appointed.

We really loved staying at this property. The unit was new, clean, kitchen has such nice appliances and equipment, two nice sitting areas outside. It was above and beyond our expectations. Tastefully decorated. Wonderful location. We could “live” here for quite some time.

Great Location

This property has great location, nice outside sitting area, comfortable bed, updated. Lots of things to love. Unfortunately had to give 3 stars due to horrible pillows on bed. For the price per night the pillows were something you would find in a 2 star hotel. My husband got a kink in his neck after second night. Took 3-4 days for this to subside. Everything else was awesome!

Delgado A was perfect for an anniversary. It is very elegant with comfortable furnishing. We enjoyed the two patios and the overall ambiance and the privacy. Hannah and Samantha were both extremely helpful in assisting us with our choice of accommodation according to our needs. They felt Delgado A would be best for our situation and it was.
