Beautiful, peaceful, so comfortable! Loved that it was close to town but away from the hustle/bustle. Property manager was prompt with replies. We definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed this casita. It was very clean and nice. In a very quiet area but 5 min to the plaza. The host was very responsive even though we had no issues. 10 out of 10.

Having visited SF for 35 years this was our first time to stay in the upper east side. It was a parallel universe. Four days FREE of urban traffic. So close to the plaza but so far away in terms of quiet and safety. This was such a pleasant surprise for us. While there is ample outdoor space to enjoy we were gone so much there was no time to enjoy it. I suspect in the fall it would be paradise. Very unique property. Thank you!.

We have been visiting Santa Fe annually for 30 (!) years and have used VRBO to find many wonderful places to stay while there. Patricia’s casita was one of those terrific places. It was very clean, neat, and lovely. The bed was comfy, and having a washer and dryer is always helpful. We were able to easily park our bikes and, certainly, enjoy the outdoor spaces provided. Patricia was very attentive to any questions or needs we might have while being very respectful of our privacy. Overall, this is a highly regarded place to stay!

The host was very responsive and we appreciated the early check in. The house was well situated within walking distance of Dale Ball Trails and short drive to the historic part of town. Liked the grill although it would be more convenient if it could be reached through a doorway in the back hallway vs going outside. The house was comfortable and the AC worked. We traveled with our little dog and we enjoyed the backyard and the neighborhood walks. We cooked at the house 3 or 4 times over the 9 day stay. The small eat in table was appreciated in the heat. If it was cooler during our stay, the backyard table is very nice. I sat out there with the dog. Very nice area. Saw a mule deer down the street. Thanks for having us

The hostess was available via email for any questions or concerns. The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. Great atmosphere and convenient location. Would love to come back again and highly recommend this property.

Great Area

Loved the area of the house. Near hiking trails and easy to get into town. Also quiet. The place was clean and comfortable and Patricia was quick to respond to any inquiry.

Wonderful relaxing location and so close to the arroyo to walk each morning! Being in nature is important but not too remote! It’s only a few minutes drive to the Plaza and places you want to go. Beautiful location and house! It is perfect for one or two people. Great bed…I slept like a baby. I will return again I hope!

Great For A Girl's Trip!

My friend and I stayed here during our first trip to Santa Fe! The property is lovely and the space was perfect for the two of us. There aren't sidewalks all the way to the river walk / streets that lead to dowtown so plan to drive into town, which isn't far! Would definitely stay again!
