This beautiful home is located minutes from Mayo Clinic and other downtown attractions. Location is ideal for shopping, restaurants and all Mayo Clinic Campuses yet has the comfort of privacy in a family friendly neighborhood.

This home is fully furnished and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay.

Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, Keurig, standard coffee pot, blender, crock pots and other helpful items to optimize your stay.

In each bedroom you will enjoy brand new My Pillow mattress tops and bedding, comfortable furnishings and large closets.

Very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and there were extra blankets which was greatly appreciated. Also appreciated that there weren't pages of exit duties (cleaning, etc). It was a bit farther out (distance) than we anticipated but easy to get in/out of neighborhood so all was good!

Convenient locationWell designed house: open kitchen, large living area to visit in.Easily got to Mayo Clinic art tour. Restaurants nearby. We had been warned of construction, but for us “city people unfamiliar with Mayo Clinic area” we found building and meeting area rather easily. Guide in Mayo or Gonda building walked us to art tour location.Also spent time at QUARRY HILL NATURE CENTER. It is a lovely area and nice walking trails.Guys went golfing at Maple Valley.Nice time visiting with friends from college.

Girls Trip 2025

The space the home offered was wonderful in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Location was perfect with a park close by and lots of shopping.Only negatives are the wooden deck was splintering and the downstairs bathroom light is too dim.

Great house!

Everything was very clean and the house had a fantastic layout. All the amenities, and very well maintained. Great neighborhood with kids running around everywhere. The only concerns were that the basement got cold at night despite the thermostat being up, there was a sign above the toilet that said “sh*t” which one of the teens noticed as well as the bottle of rum left behind in the cabinet. Not big things for most people but should be noted for any families staying here.

Girls weekend away

We had a wonderful girls weekend. We were doing a project and the home owner dropped off another table for us to use andade sure we had enough chairs. The house worked wonderful for what we were doing. Lots of room. Thank You for the wonderful stay wonderful and for sharing your home with us.

Perfect for our stay

The home is larger and more spacious than the photos indicate. It was clean with plenty of space for the four adult couples who shared the home for the weekend. The attached garage was perfect for our motorcycles. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with friendly neighbors in a convenient location. Washer and dryer was a huge plus. Would stay here again!

Very clean and comfortable!

We had a great stay! It was very clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen! It was important for me to stay somewhere comfortable and cozy while I was going back and forth making daily trips to mayo clinic.

Beautiful & comfortable home

We stayed here for a girls weekend and had a great time. The house is spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Owner was very responsive and check in went smoothly. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful house!

This home was a pleasant surprise! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The area seemed safe enough for us to take daily walks. Air conditioning worked great! Plenty of space.

Perfect for family visit

Roomy house in quiet neighborhood. It worked well with children/grandchildren, with two bedrooms and a bath downstairs adjoining a family room in addition to the two bedrooms and two baths upstairs with the living room and kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped, including an amazing selection of spices. This allowed us to make many potluck dishes to take to the family reunion we were attending nearby. It is a split level, so you need to be able to manage stairs. We really appreciated having a garage. Would have loved a garage door opener for easier coming and going.
