This house was amazing, spotless, high quality furniture, gym equipment, & bedding! We loved to cook and it had every kitchen gadget, cast iron pans and cleaning products needed. The bathrooms were stocked with everything you may have forgotten (toothpaste, mouthwash, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). The house guide was the best I have ever seen (100 properties to compare it to). Pamela was always timely with communications and provided relevant reminders at just the right Plenty of spaces to socialize with big group inside, downstairs, or outside by the fire pit. With a group of 8 mostly arriving separately having full access to the garage was key to not clutter up the street with our cars. We would stay again as it was a quick commute for those living in the area and coming from the Cities.

Highly recommend for your next stay in Rochester! It's a nice, quiet neighborhood and the house is quite new. Very spacious with lots to do onsite. I really liked the guest mode on the tvs to allow you to sign in but automatically sign you out at the end of the stay.

The best house in Rochester. I travel to Rochester frequently for work and prefer this property after staying at many others. Location is great, house is great, host is great. It’s simply the best.

This was a great house for my family to stay. Our adult children had plenty of room and enjoyed the basketball game. The kitchen was full of utensils for cooking, as well as for dining in. We had a great time; thank you!!

Perfect space for us

Immaculate home with space for all ages. Everyone from kids to adults were able to enjoy the amenities and have a relaxing week.

Great spot for a family gathering

Our family is spread out across the country, but we enjoy renting a house together a couple times a year to hang out for awhile. The Bella Retreat was a great spot with very comfortable beds, toasty bedding, some games on the lower level, and a fully equipped kitchen. Room for our big family to have a great time!
