🥰 Wonderful, Dana! So glad Erica's Sandpiper was the perfect spot for you — right on the beach, no crowds, and that balcony overlooking the ocean is just the best, isn't it? And an en-suite bathroom for every room? Total game-changer with a group — no morning traffic jams! On the beach chairs and grill: we'd love to leave those out, but as we note in the listing (and a few times in our pre-trip info), chairs can't stay on the beach overnight around here — the local "Leave Only Footprints" rule sweeps them away! And people aren't great about bringing them in, so they disappear. Often what I'll do for those, or a grill, if one hasn't been 'inherited' from prior guests at the place, is just grab some inexpensive chairs, an umbrella, even a kettle grill from one of the local stores — even the big box stores — they're usually well stocked.
