This 9th floor, ocean view unit, is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium in the Arcadian Dunes section of Myrtle Beach. This beautifully renovated unit has updated tiled bathrooms with walk-in showers, his & hers sink in the master bathroom, a remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, countertops and updated stainless steel appliances, new carpet in both bedrooms, new wood flooring in the living room & dining area, new blackout drapes for sleeping in and new noise reducing hurricane grade sliding glass doors. Each bedroom has a large flat screen TV, ensuite bath and balcony access.

Our family had an amazing vacation at this property. The listing was as it showed in the VRBO app pictures and the view was amazing. We had sunrises every morning that were breath taken which made our condo choice very special. This condo had everything we needed for our stay. Beds and furniture was comfortable, we will be back for sure.

It would be nice if you could upload your ID and sign papers electronically if you can’t get in during the 1 hour window for check in. We had to come back to the office the next day to sign paperwork.

The rental agency gives the cheapest toilet paper and not enough so bring your own TP. Kinda crazy when you pay 500/ night. And no hand soap either.

Thank you for your feedback. We always share our clear supply (shown below) before arrival so guests know what is supplied and what they need to bring. We provide all bed linens and bath linens. We do not provide beach or pool towels. There is 1 full set of towels per bedroom. A full set of towels includes 4 bath towels, 4 washcloths, 1 hand towel and 1 bathmat. For each bathroom, we supply 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 small trash bag, 1 small bottle of shampoo, and 1 bar of soap. In the kitchen, we supply 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, 2 dishwashing tablets, a small bottle of liquid dish soap and a sponge along with a hand towel, 2 washcloths, an oven mitt and a potholder.

Annual getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time I have stayed in this particular unit but sixth time at Maisons-Sur-Mer. I was highly impressed. The unit was exceptionally clean and decorated beautifully. It was fully stocked with anything you need for a home away from home and then some. The beds were very comfortable. The views from every room were gorgeous. I loved the pictures of the owners and the stories behind them. Myself, my daughter, and my niece felt so at home and comfortable. I will definitely be booking this unit again.

Beautiful Ocean Views! Comfortable beds. Provided Linens were sub par. Bed sheets way too small and come off during the night. “Bath” towels very small and inexpensive. Would suggest upgrading kitchen items. Need a real knife set, a pizza cutter, new cutting boards.

Fun in the sun!

Unfortunately, we happened to have a problem with the garbage disposal but the team of North Beach Vacations had it repaired within the same day. All in all, it was a great vacation away from the mud season up north!

2024 family beach trip

We have stayed at Maisons before and love the location and beach. This was a nice unit, on par with the other ones we have rented in the past. We will look to stay there again.

Maison-Sur-Mur

We had a wonderful stay. This place is so nice. The room was great and the views were awesome. Enjoyed the pool. The staff is super nice and helpful. Great place to stay. Very clean and well kept up. I have stayed here 3 years in a row in different condos and all have been great!

Fantastic Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. We've been going to Myrtle Beach for years and this is the first condo we stayed in where 2 bedrooms had an ocean view. The location was perfect for shopping and golfing. Having 24hr security was a nice amenity. I would recommend to family and friends.

The View from the Ninth Floor

Our stay was simply amazing! The condo was perfect, so well laid out and efficient. The beds were the most comfortable beds we've ever had while staying away from home! The staff were so helpful and kind. People were genuinely happy to spark up a conversation and wish you enjoyment during your stay. While there are indeed rules to follow, none of them were outrageous and all of them keep the building beautiful and enticing! We will definitely be back!

Third time we've stayed in the complex and third different condo we've utilized. Layout of this one was different than the other two. Tighter kitchen area. Overall very clean and exactly what the description states. Perfect for a family looking to get away.

2024 Myrtle Beach

This is our second time staying in this building. It is a fantastic location! This condo was wonderful. There were just a few small details,(I believe they had just updated, the lightbulb was out in laundry room, the handle for the sliding door, the screws were too short/stripped) but the management was notified, were super nice and were fast at taking action! I would recommend this to anyone, so relaxing!

Great Week

Prefect getaway!

This is a beautiful property with stunning views! Everything was updated and clean. Very spacious and the property had great amenities for the whole family. This is resort living for the whole family! May want to advertise that check in is off property in the listing. I've stayed in units in this building before, and they were keypad entry which eliminated having to go off prophet to reverting and drop off keys.

Just great. Other properties in this community have on-site check in (i.e. keypad locks for entry). Didn't really like driving 4 miles north to get the key and 4 miles back. This one change would be appreciated!

Terrible Trip

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very unhappy with the property management of this property. The offsite check-in and check-out need to be listed in the property description. Since we flew in for our trip, we did not have a car, and it was very inconvenient and cost us twice as much to Uber there to pick up the keys.

property was as advertised plenty of dishes and cooking needs property manager not very nice didnt return call to see if room was ready and was rude when we arrived told to just come back at 4 even though it was 245 and noone was in the place loce the condo but will not rent again if north beach reality handles it
