Stunning! Maisons-Sur-Mer Oceanfront Luxury!

Located on the 17th floor of the prestigious Maisons Sur Mer ocean front high rise on Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach. We have a very strict 4 person maximum for staying in this condo. There are 2 bedrooms (a master suite on one side and a guest suite on the other side). Our unit had a professional make-over - it is beautifully designed, bright, and very upscale. Hardwood floors throughout the unit. Tiled bathrooms. Large tiled balconies. We get full afternoon sunshine and we have amazing ocean views from every room.

Master Bedroom: King size bed with custom upholstered headboard and matching bed skirt. It's the 'green and white' room! Great Ocean and Beach View!

Guest Bedroom: 2 extra long twin beds. This is the 'coral and white' room. Great ocean views!

2 full baths: Guest bath has a tiled shower. Master bath has a tiled tub/shower. Both bathrooms with great closets. Bright, clean and stylish wallpaper.

Living Room: Spacious and impressive!! White built-in wall unit with 46' flat screen. Exquisite new artwork. Amazing ocean and beach view!

Dining Room: High end and stylish! Oval dining table. Mirrors add to the ambiance. Open and awesome!

Kitchen: Fully equipped. Modern and sleek. Table and 4 chairs. Great ocean and beach view!

Balconies: There are 2 tiled balconies. One off the master bedroom with 2 chairs and a small table. And a large spacious balcony off living room which has a table and 4 chairs. Fabulous ocean and beach view. We have seen dolphins out in the ocean from that balcony!

This building offers 24 hour security, front desk, on site maintenance, 4 elevators, large heated pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, putting green, game room, driving net, small restaurant, panoramic upscale cocktail lounge and also a Tiki poolside bar. Our building has a very cool vibe! I know you will love it!

A note for our summer guests: We have our air conditioning unit checked regularly and it's in great working order! But Myrtle is a sub-tropical climate and it's always hot, humid and windy during the summer. We have not yet replaced our balcony doors and the condo takes time to cool down from the afternoon sun. For most of our guests, this isn't a big deal. But I wanted to let you know.

This was a great condo to stay at. It is very nice and well decorated. The amenities are amazing as well as the view. I would love to stay here again in the future. It’s a 10 out of 10.

This condo was a home away from home. It felt like a luxury hotel yet had the functionality and privacy of a private residence. The views of the beach, ocean, and Myrtle Beach just to the south from the large balcony did not disappoint. The building is quiet and secure and the pool area is fantastic. The condo faces south which was perfect to avoid the morning sun but you were able to watch some amazing sunsets. My family and I have been vacationing at the Maisons for years but this was by far our favorite unit we’ve stayed at. The host was extremely communicative but was not overbearing. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

The condo was outstanding, clean and the view was perfect.Close to everything including some of the best golf courses around. Communication with the owner was very easy and we can't wait to return next chance we get.

Very happy with the whole experience. Owner was great and front desk very helpful.

Great condo and location

My family and I had a very wonderful time during our vacation at Myrtle Beach. We loved staying at this condo because it was beautiful, spacious and view of the ocean was amazing. It was also close to restaurants, shopping and fun attractions. The easy access to the beach was also an added bonus. We hope to be back again!

We are Jim and Jan, young at heart seniors who love Myrtle Beach and have been coming here for 30 years. We are blessed with 2 married kids and 4 grandchildren; all of them perfect:) in our eyes! We are from Pittsburgh, PA but we come to Myrtle Beach every chance we get! We love to play golf, and we love the beach!

There is no doubt this is the best location in Myrtle Beach - and, in our opinion, the best building on the East Coast. You will not find better amenities anywhere! We are close to everything. Great restaurants, shows, golf & mini golf, tons of shopping including Tanger Outlets, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Go karts, Pirates Voyage, Hollywood Wax Museum, MB Airport, Apache fishing pier, Ocean Annies, Wonderworks, Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, Comedy Cababa.... etc etc. I think all of those things are within a 15 - 20 minute drive, some of them you can walk to. A really awesome location on one of the prettiest beaches anywhere!

There are so many special things we love about this property. When you pull up, you will be amazed at how beautiful the building is. Walk into the lobby and it's totally first class. The caliber of people here are top notch. It's fun without being rowdy - exquisite without being stuffy. I would like to say you will feel at home, but this will be so much better than home!
