Country Christmas

The property is very beautiful with the house sitting on top of the hill surrounded by firs and desciduous trees laden with bright green/yellow moss. Our granddaughter loved the swing hanging from a large oak in the hillside meadow. We explored the Elfen forests full of mushrooms. We raced up the hill to the house and wondered how the property would look with snow. I loved sitting in the captains chair in the morning with my coffee looking out the window at the beautiful countryside in the morning sun. We will be back .

Amazing!

I almost hesitate to give this a review, because I don't want the secret to get out about what a great find this house is. The property is amazing. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The pics don't really do it justice. Christina was a great host and the house is stocked with every amenity imaginable. Thanks for a great stay! We appreciated everything.

Perfect week!

This rental was our home base for a week of activity surrounding a family gathering, and it was ideal. The weather was very warm, and the air conditioned house was a welcome haven. As other reviewers have mentioned, the house was very clean, well provisioned, and just as advertised. Christina was always quick to respond to any questions, and went above and beyond with advice and recommendations for our event. I highly recommend this vacation home, and we hope to be back soon to visit our family. Thank you, Christina. It was a perfect week!

Heaven in Cottage Grove

The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The setting was lovely, the house was quite clean and well furnished, the kitchen was extremely well stocked and it was clear that the owners have thought carefully about what visitors need or want for a pleasant stay. A bottle of wine and basket of "goodies" was a special treat and much enjoyed over our 8 night stay. Christine responded checked on us in a non-invasive manner and quickly answered any questions that arose. Whenever we visit family in the Cottage Grove area we hope to stay in this "Hilltop Paradise".

Excellent experience

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Christina's property. The view is incredible and it is located a quick drive from downtown Cottage Grove. The house is very well appointed with nice linens and all the supplies one could potentially need. She even left us a darling welcome basket, full of snacks and a bottle of wine. We will be happy to stay here again should we visit the area in the future.

Spacious home with beautiful view

This was the perfect home for our Siblings Weekend! Five of us enjoyed this attractive and very clean home just outside of downtown Cottage Grove. Lots of room, and the kitchen was well-supplied with everything needed to cook at home. The environment and view were spectacular, even on a rainy day. Many nice touches that we appreciated including the welcome basket, washer and dryer, and Netflix (even though we didn't have time to use it!) Master bedroom and bathroom were spacious. Master bed mattress was too soft for us, but it might be perfect for you. The two additional bedrooms were smaller but just fine. We will definitely visit again when we're in the neighborhood. Thank you, Christina!
