The space

* Bedroom 2: Modern touches such as electric fireplace and walk-in shower, rainfall shower, heated floors

* Bedroom 3: Flexible arrangements with king-sized bed or two twin XL beds, plus two additional twin trundle beds

* Third FULL bathroom with rainfall shower and heated floors

* Fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and appliances including air fryer/toaster oven, blender, crock pot, and coffee maker

* Additional amenities: Washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and steamer

* Echo Dots with Alexa for convenience in setting alarms, playing music, and accessing local information

* Entertainment options: Ping pong and foosball tables, bingo


Guest access:

Upper unit duplex with a private entrance and smart lock. Prior to your arrival, we`ll provide you with a special link for keyless entry. Our driveway can accommodate up to two cars on the LEFT side, but please be aware that it has a slight incline due to the property`s hillside location. For your safety, we kindly ask that you exercise caution while using the driveway. We`re excited to have you as our guest!
We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement and ID verification. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website.
• NO SMOKING indoors (USD500 fine) Note: Smoking is permitted outside the property; however, any lingering smoke that permeates into the interior of the property will result in a fine.
